Pros:

Ottima posizione, bello il salottino di accoglienza con macchinetta del thè, caffè e ghiaccio. Carina la stanza, buona dimensione.

Cons:

Una mattina alle 6 è scattato l'allarme anti incendio, a causa probabilmente del vapore di una doccia calda. Niente di grave, i clienti sono usciti in strada e in meno di mezz'ora i vigili del fuoco sono arrivati e hanno garantito che potevamo tornare in camera. Durante tutto l'episodio però nessuno del personale dell'albergo si è visto; sarebbe stato meglio che un rappresentante della struttura fosse presente, anche solo per comunicare con i vigili del fuoco e spiegare a noi cosa stesse succedendo, evitandoci scene imbarazzanti con Google translate.

来日本这些次，这次的入住体验是最糟糕的！酒店不停清洁服务，尤其是前台的工作人员非常不礼貌，没有敬语不会说你好和谢谢，在办理退房的时候甚至感觉到工作人员很不耐烦的情绪，感觉是没有经过任何培训就做前台的临时员工或者兼职员工，非常的不专业

今回割引があったので利用させて貰いましたが、定価だったらクレームを言っていたレベル。次は割引があっても利用しない。
Pros:

入館がカードタイプではない為、部屋に入ったら冷房が点いており、有り難かった
シャワーの水圧がとても強くて◎

Cons:

歯ブラシが信じられないくらい硬い
シャワーカーテンが臭い
綿棒がない
エアコンが古め
エレベーターと部屋までの通路に空調がなく、時期も時期だった為、本当に暑かった
受付が外国の方だったからなのか、電卓で金額を見せられただけで、京都市宿泊税の説明がなかったので、理解していない人を相手にした時、問題になりそう
スタッフに外国の方が多い気がしたので、教育面はどうなってるのか気になった

料金が安かったので部屋は狭かったが清潔で休むだけなので問題ない。駅からも徒歩圏内
チェックイン前だが荷物預けられ、部屋に入れて頂いた、コーヒーなど飲み物もあり電子レンジも助かりました
