Would stay here every time I return to London. Perfect hotel, staff, and the rooms and amenities were excellent
Pros:

Everything was perfect. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and luxurious. The staff was extremely kind, accommodating and helpful. The location, while a bit outside of central London, was excellent and exactly what I wanted.

Pros:

breakfast was really good .....nothing to fault. The greeting from the Desk Manager was fabulous , helpful and curtious.

Lovely, peaceful and very relaxing.
Pros:

Great location and staff. The views are beautiful, and it is very peaceful after spending a day out and about in London. Rooms a very quiet and I loved the fact that this is a very small boutique style hotel, especially as a female travelling alone. Fulham Pier Market is also great, and the Rooftop Bar was wonderful.

Cons:

The shower floor was tile and very slippery. Also, the shower hardware was positioned in such a way in the walk-in shower that you got splashed with cold water when you turned it on.

An absolute pleasure!
Pros:

We stayed for two nights and it was an absolute pleasure! We was kindly greeted by George at the concierge he was so helpful and made us feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend the service is fantastic! We cannot wait to stay again.

This Place Is 10 ⭐️
Pros:

From the entrance to the staff to the room & the complimentary mini bar and I must say very generous.
Staff are amazing however one person in particular that stood out to me was George at front desk absolute star and made our stay impeccable this gentleman deserves a pay rise.

Élégance de la chambre, promenade sur le pier mais surtout la gentillesse du personnel à l’accueil

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner servi au Club n’offre pas d’option Continental breakfast.

Amazing hotel with the little extra!
Pros:

This was a wonderful hotel in all possible ways. The room was luxurious and modern. It had everything we needed and more . Like many other have pointed out , George was very professional and kind . The area is nice. The Thames Path to Hammersmith is beautiful as well as Fulham Palace very close to hotel . The guests have access to the private Club at the pier, which is highly recommendable as well as the restaurant Brasserie Constance.

Good, but not worth this much per night.
Pros:

The view from the room was amazing.

Cons:

If you pay over €650,- per night you’d expect everything to be absolutly perfect. Thats not the case. Basic things like a closet to put your clothes in, or even breakfast at the hotel would be a bare minimum and that wasn’t available. The room is nice, but small. The bathroom is nice but not well designed and there is no cleaning of the room during your stay.
