Bien, pero podría ser mejor.
Pros:

Personal amable e instalaciones limpias y tranquilas.

Cons:

El aire acondicionado no funciona bien y lo tienen al parecer programado para una temperatura estándar.
Se llamó varias veces al servicio para reportar la situación, fueron pero nunca hubo solución.

Ellos mismos comentaron que no era posible bajar más la temperatura.

el precio de la bebida es un poco alto. hay que tomar en cuenta que si compras bebida cara y consumes almuerzo y cena al final el gasto total sera similar al precio de la estadia de hoteles resort como el emotion o coral costa caribe. y la gente terminara eligiendo la opcion mas segura que seria el.todo incluido

Pros:

La ubicación estaba muy bien, la limpieza, las habitaciones muy bien.

Cons:

La verdad que el desayuno no fue lo que esperaba, muy muy pocas opciones, poca variedad, todos los dias servian lo mismo, prácticamente era pan con huevo todos los dias... horrible, los huevos sin sabor. Ni queso, ni jamón, de verdad deben mejorar el desayuno.

Solo había huevo hervido pero lo queríamos revuelto y la encargada muy amable nos lo hizo, y nos llevó el huevo revuelto que queríamos

Cons:

La habitación olía mucho a guardada, como a humedad como si tenía muchos días sin ser ocupada, solo me hubiese gustado que oliera más fresca pero solo eso

Bueno pero puede mejorar muchsimo
Pros:

Es un nuevo espacio extremadamente limpio y el servicio del staff es muy bueno.
Buena ubicación y calidad vs precio me parece muy atinado.

Cons:

No responden a tiempo el whatsapp que es la forma de comunicarse con el huésped.
No funcionaba el teléfono de nuestra habitación.
Se fue la luz a las 5 am y no pudimos descansar por el calor y nadie nos llamó o avisò para pedir disculpas por las incomodidades.
Todavía hay muchos detalles que afinar, y ojalá lo hagan pues lo demás estuvo muy bien
