Multe inconveniente !
Pros:

Aproape de locul de interes, comunicarea cu personalul foarte bună !

Cons:

Miros puternic de canalizare în baie, canapeaua cu pernele de pe ea : murdare, in dormitor salteaua incomoda, plutește pe placaj; patul din dormitor pus cu picioarele până în perete ...doar vreo 15 cm aveai loc să treci spre geam , sau pentru a te urca pe partea stângă ! Dificil de-a dreptul să te descurci, din păcate !

Accesul facil, pe baza de coduri - atat in cladire, cat si in apartament.
Patul a fost confortabil. Baia suficient de mare, cu dus walk-in.
Comunicarea cu proprietarul foarte buna.

Cons:

Curatenia lasa de dorit.
Capacul de toaleta se misca din toate partile. Lipsa unui suport/dulap in baie.
Parchetul are locuri in care este tocit/umflat.
Cafetiera nu era curatata - apa din recipient era statuta, cu depuneri verzi...

Locatia si view.ul

Cons:

Usa de la balcon nu se inchidea bine si se auzeau f. tare masinile care treceau pe sub balcon. Deasemenea salteaua dpmdv ar trebui schimbata.

Pros:

I liked the location, the patio (our appartment was at the 1st floor), the bathroom and bedroom.

Cons:

There is a smell coming from the bathroom and it's so strong you need to open the door and ventilate it in the morning before using it. The sheets for the couch should be similar to the ones for the bedroom. They seemed to be something they forgot in the closet. The couch is double, but 2 people would struggle sleeping on it for multiple nights.
