J’avais demandé un bain dans ma chambre et le monsieur a l’accueil me dit que j’aurai un bain, mais il n’en avait pas.

Good location if visiting zoo/cycling. Beautiful sunset view from pool/whirlpool.
Pros:

Very clean new property- minimal supplies in the kitchen (no mixing bowls) and no oven but we could manage well to prepare meals. Stove top is tricky to figure out- instructions would help. Enjoyed our stay to visit the Granby zoo only 30 min away.

Un séjour très agréable dans un endroit charmant.
Pros:

La chambre avec cuisinette était moderne et très propre. Le buffet pour le petit déjeuner était parfait. Le personnel intentionné et très sympathique. Endroit calme.

Cons:

Pas de café gratuit ou/et eau fruité au Lobby surtout en fin d’après-midi. Certains hôtels comme le Quality Inn de Drummondville le font. J’y suis allée dernièrement et j’ai bien apprécié. Le café fourni dans les chambres de votre hôtel ce n’est pas très bon…..on doit aller s’acheter un café à la boutique pour un café potable.
Côté restau le soir, du bœuf et pas grand chose d’autres….j’ai vite décidé d’aller souper ailleurs…à Bromont . Ex: un morceau de bœuf à 50$, + sauce(10$ ? +accompagnements 17$ ? ….etc…peu varié et cher. C’est OK pour le bar toutefois beaucoup de choix!

C'est un bel hôtel bien situé

Cons:

Le fait de payer une chambre 360$ la nuit et de ne pas pouvoir mettre la température qu'on veut dans chambre. C'est vraiment trop chaud 19 pour nous et on ne pouvait mettre la température plus confortable pour nous. Nous avons vraiment eu trop chaud c'est ce qui rendait dommage l'hospitalité.

Séjour agréable, hôtel propre, confortable et bien équipé
Pros:

Confort et propreté de la chambre, cuisinette pratique et bien équipée, divan confortable; piscine et bain tourbillon propres et pas trop achalandés; espace verrouillé pour entreposer nos vélos

Cons:

Musique assez forte venant de l'Aquaparc, heureusement cela finit tôt. La prochaine fois, je veillerai à réserver une chambre du côté montagne. Tout le reste était parfait.
