Excellent.
Pros:

Excellent location with walking distance to Japanese Street and major tourism hot spots. The staff was very helpful and friendly, e.g., Tracy, Alice, Hob, Minnie. Breakfast was amazing with freshly made omelette or fried eggs, beef or chicken pho and many other options.

Cons:

My room only had a small window. After returning back to the room, I need to immediately turn on the aircon to circulate the air. Other than this, I am pretty satisfied with my 4-nights stay here.

Pleasant stay at this hotel.
Pros:

-Breakfast is good. Well balanced diet with choices of fibre, protein, carbs, juice & other beverages etc. Essential for travellers.
-Very friendly staff.
-Friendly restaurant staff.
-Good location, walking distances to eateries, cafes & shopping amenities.
-Not too far from airport.

Cons:

-No drinking water dispenser. As I sees the hotel effort on green initiative, shall further improve by providing drinking water dispensers at common area to reduce the uses of bottled water.
-Sound proofing need to be improved, as the room to room are very near.
-Surrounding outside the hotel are not ideal. However its not the hotel's fault.

Worth the money and excellent service
Pros:

The hotel was really nice and the most important thing are the staff from the reception, doormen, dining during breakfast, etc. The staffs were eager to serve and provide excellent service to their customers. A special mention to staffs Hobby and Will for professional and courteous service.

The staff are the most valuable asset of the hotel.
Pros:

Location, convenience and most of all the staff. The staff made the experience much more than expected. They are genuinely kind, helpful and made us feel like celebrities.

Super Hotel!
Pros:

Das Hotel war sauber und die Zimmer sehr geräumig. Das Hotel hat eine super Lage, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Das Frühstück war gut, nicht besonders, aber definitiv ausreichend und lecker.
Besonders hervorzuheben war das sehr freundliche und überaus hilfsbereite Personal. Wir waren sehr zufrieden.

Pros:

I stayed 4 night at this hotel. It was newly renovated hotel. Room is clean and modern. (I should have booked one with window for more pleasant stay). Breakfast was excellent. I had Pho Noodle Soup every morning along with other food.
Very friendly and dedicated staffs who know what service is like. I would like to give special thanks to Hob, Minnie, and Linh. They are wonderful. Thank you.

Cons:

The hotel was newly renovated so slight concrete smell is still remained, but understandable.
