Clean and good location
Great location and friendly staff. The room was clean and comfortable. I had a pleasant stay and would recommend this hotel.
This was my second stay at the hotel, and once again I had a really great experience.
The staff welcomed me back with a lovely fruit plate and a very kind personal message, which was such a nice touch and made me feel genuinely appreciated as a returning guest.
Everyone working here is incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional. Will was especially funny, warm, and always great to talk to, but honestly every single staff member I met was excellent. The level of service and hospitality here is really outstanding.
I felt very comfortable during both of my stays and would definitely come back again. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay so enjoyable.

Great location in the heart of HCMC, with a Circle K right across the street. Emily, SHEN, and Will were great. The room was clean, and housekeeping came every day. Breakfast was okay, but pretty much the same every day.
The staff were simply amazing and made me feel welcome and valued from the moment I arrived. The room was beautiful, with a great view, and exploring the neighborhood was fun and very interesting.
