Just don't.
Pros:

Nothing. This place is terrible.
Although there's a lovely dog there.

Cons:

Place was dirty.
Sheets had been slept in, toilet bowl dirty. Microwave... You guessed it.... dirty
Staff were rude , initially I thought it was just the toilet, so I cleaned it, for which I got berated by the male at reception.
Then we found the dirty sheets. We were given another room which we could not check straight away as we had show tickets but upon late arrival back the sheets had also not been washed (beds were made but sheets not changed).
The whole place smelled terrible.

We slept in the single beds that appeared clean (er) but on our clothes.

I raised with management the next morning (after hours number was not answered) and was told I should have raised it... Again rudely.
Raised with booking.com who've not addressed or refunded. Despite many photos. Very disappointing.

Basic, but clean, comfortable and surprisingly quiet.
Pros:

Stayed in King Room, room has been renovated and has all the basics. Bed was really comfortable, but pillow a bit hard. Was surprised by how quiet the room was considering Motel is located on a busy road. More than adequate for a one night stay, clean and comfortable.

Nice, clean and comfortable room. Great value for money!
Pros:

Our room was very clean & comfortable. The facilities were almost new.

It was ok but nothing to rave over.

Beds were terrible like sleeping in a hammock. I felt as if I were falling out and the bed sloped one way.
