Great on most counts but room service and some kitchen equipment could improve.
Pros:

Great location so close to Jalgachi subway, shopping, fish markets, BIFF square which is right there. Hotel is fairly new so everything is in excellent condition. Great washing machine and dryer, full size fridge, cook top. Fresh towels every day. Enjoyed 180 degree fabulous views over Busan from our corner balcony. Reception stored our luggage before the 3 pm check-in. Easy check in process with polite reception staff who spoke some English. The Magnum group shares the building with 2 other hotel companies, all with very nice reception areas. A little confusing initially but no problem, really. Our room had a small spare unfurnished 2nd room which we used for luggage, wardrobe, getting dressed etc.

Cons:

No kitchen equipment, no utensils at all. Only 2 mugs and 2 glasses in bathroom and a kettle.
Kitchen therefore had virtually no use for us. No microwave for heating food nor iron available. Would have greatly benefited by being able to use the kitchen.
We stayed 4 nights but room not serviced other than fresh towels and toilet paper delivered to door daily. Mainly fine with us, but we did accumulate trash over that time.

Location: walking distance to subway, night market and restaurants.

Cons:

No USB power outlet or standard foreign power outlet. Only South Korea power outlet. You need to have the international travel adapter.

ナンポドンを楽しむなら最高の立地です
Pros:

新しくて綺麗でした。デュプレクススイートの海の見えるお部屋で、大きな橋が見えました。ロフトが秘密基地みたいで子供たちは喜んでいました(ロフトのお布団は薄くて体が痛かったそうです)
ベッドはふかふかでした。洗濯機は2台ありました。ハンガーにかけて、ロフトから吊るせばエアコンの風ですぐに乾きます。
レセプションには日本語や英語の話せる方がいて言葉の不便はありませんでした。
このホテルのいちばん良いところはその立地にあります。ホテルの前はBIFFギルで、たくさんの屋台が並び、みんなが大好きなオリヤンやシアーホットクも横断歩道を渡ってすぐのところにあります。ファッションストリートも近くて毎日毎日歩き回ってショッピングやいろいろな食事も楽しみました。ダイソーも近いので便利です。
チャガルチ市場も近いです。

Cons:

宿泊前に予約サイトを通して何度か質問をしましたが、返信がなく不安になりました。ですが実際に宿泊しラインでレセプションと連絡を取る際はとても迅速に返信をいただけました。

Don’t book the room with a bed and an extra futon bed…,this us nit available at this hotel.
Pros:

The room booked and advertised on Booking.com was not available and never was.

Cons:

We paid extra for 3 nights and they agreed to refund the money for the last three nights pumas the twin room was not available. The manager then rescinded on the agreement and was extremely rude when we left. He lied to us.
