We had an absolutely fantastic two-night stay at Hotel Kuon Hakone, and it has already been the highlight of our trip to Japan.
The entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, but we would especially like to thank Ken, Kazuhiro, and Mizuna. Ken warmly welcomed us on arrival, spoke excellent English, answered all of our questions, and immediately made us feel at home.
The dinner each evening was outstanding. Every dish was beautifully presented and of exceptional quality—it truly felt like dining at a Michelin-star-level restaurant. Kazuhiro and Mizuna’s genuine kindness and hospitality made the experience even more special.
