Absolutely wonderful hotel with top notch restaurant and service

Excellent service, impeccable cleanliness, great attention to detail and outstanding value for money

ONE Hotel Alba Iulia provided us with an excellent experience and exceeded our expectations for a transit stay.
We especially appreciated the quality of the service, the attention to detail and the friendliness of the staff. The room was impeccably clean, very comfortable and well equipped, while the well-stocked minibar was a useful and pleasant touch. The parking facilities are also an important advantage.
The value for money was exceptional. The hotel offers a level of comfort and service that, in many other destinations, would come at a considerably higher price.
Another important plus is MIURA Restaurant, where we had a very good experience: excellent food, great service and very fair prices.
Alba Iulia impressed us once again, and choosing this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable.

After posting our review, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a personal call from the hotel thanking us for our feedback. It was a small gesture, but one that said a great deal about how seriously they value their guests and their experience.
That personal touch confirmed the excellent impression we already had, and for this reason I am happy to update our overall score from 9 to 10.

Cons:

We do not have any significant remarks. The overall experience was excellent and the quality of the service fully convinced us.
We would gladly return and highly recommend ONE Hotel to anyone looking for comfort, impeccable cleanliness, premium-level service and excellent value for money.

Perfect pentru familie. Toate zonele importante sunt accesibile în timp scurt. Mâncarea foarte buna. Comfort maxim. Este un loc unde revii fără ezitare.

Locație excelentă, curățenie și condiții bune.

Cons:

Lipsa plasă de țânțari la geamuri iar ușa de la baie abia se deschidea. Un copil nu o putea folosi.
