It was very good. There were some electricity interruption but overall it was great.
Pros:

Cleanliness was very good

Cons:

No facility of drinking water in the room, all are paid services. At least some bottles of water must be provided.

Pros:

Gute Lage, sehr ruhig, Nähe Harvard Business School, bin viel spaziert oder habe Uber genutzt, daher war mir die Nähe zur Bahn nicht wichtig (aber es gibt eine :D, die Red Line fährt Nähe Harvard Square). Personal super nett, Hotel noch relativ neu und drum herum entsteht auch viel Neues. Supermärkte und Cafés auch fußläufig zu erreichen und da ich gerne laufe, auch hierfür schön nah zum Charles River :)

Beautiful

Cons:

The hotel was fantastic, however it would have been nice to have a ‘bar’ /lounge area which was clearly separate to dining areas.
I’m not for sitting at the bar and the blue sofa area was a bit too communal for a quiet drink

A beautiful, modern hotel in a perfect Boston location
Pros:

We stayed for six nights, and everything was perfect from start to finish. The location is excellent, the hotel is modern, clean, and very comfortable, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. It felt fresh, welcoming, and very well managed. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Boston.

Je déconseille fortement cet hôtel à quiconque. Du jour au lendemain, un client peut se retrouver accusé de dommages ou d’incidents sans aucune preuve ni justification — et il existe très peu de protection contre ce type d’abus de pouvoir, sachant que l’hôtel contrôle l’accès à la chambre même où se trouvent toutes vos affaires.

Dans mon cas, j’ai été privée d’accès à ma chambre sans préavis et sans la moindre preuve d’un quelconque tort, mise en retard pour un rendez-vous important, et finalement privée de ma dernière nuit à l’hôtel — apparemment parce qu’ils n’avaient pas réussi à débiter les 500 $ d’amende qu’ils avaient tenté de pré-autoriser. La sécurité a dû physiquement bloquer l’accès à ma chambre, alors même qu’une clause de mes conditions de réservation stipule qu’ils n’ont pas le droit d’agir ainsi. Aucune preuve, aucune justification, aucune procédure équitable — juste une expérience humiliante infligée à une voyageuse seule à l’étranger, en déplacement pour un rendez-vous important.

L’emplacement et la chambre en eux-mêmes étaient de qualité, mais rien de tout cela ne compense le fait d’être traitée de cette manière. Le suivi du General Manager par la suite a été courtois, mais ne peut effacer ce qui s’est passé sur place. Pour un hôtel de ce standing, l’expérience a été profondément non professionnelle et, franchement, alarmante.

Such a beautifully appointed hotel! Everything is brand new, and the attention to detail is truly immaculate. I particularly loved their branding; the lobby is gorgeous and perfectly executed in a vibrant '70s motif.

The beds were incredibly comfortable, though I’d suggest requesting a room on an upper floor if you can. The location is excellent situated in Allston, a short uber ride or blue bike share to main section of Alston and right near some of the Harvard facilities.

To top it off, the hotel staff was incredible, providing a master class in customer service. Their new rooftop bar was just opening during my stay; it is open in the evenings and definitely worth a visit.
