Over priced, check out at 10:00am is unreasonable
The staff, the beds and facilities in the rooms. The location was great.
Some of the gym equipment was broken and towels were not replaced in there. It was like it was an afterthought

Great location, very large and well-appointed room, friendly staff.
There was a misunderstanding about the room being serviced. Ours was not cleaned during our 4day stay but we were able to get more stocks (eg tissues, toilet paper, tea/coffee/biscuits.
Location, kitchen well stocked, nice bathroom with washing machine and surprisingly relaxing pool area.
The cereal bowls were a bit small and the second step of the pool entry a bit slippery.
The location was perfect,our room & staff were excellent. We loved our stay
