Великолепное расположение , чистое свежее постельное белье, которое меняли каждый день. Очень приятная девушка на ресепшене.
Отель нуждается в хорошем клининге, так как в номере не убирались с момента открытия. Пыль на полках и на мебели такого слоя, что можно писать сообщения, в ванной все стеклянные поверхности в грязи, диванчик в грязевых потоках. Сама гидромассажная ванна, которая выставляется как достоинство, с ободками от грязи по всей поверхности, видимо, там мыли поросёнка и даже не удосужились убрать. Возле кровати волосы пучками от предыдущих проживающих. Первый номер Нам поменяли, но второй был не намного чище. Пришлось весь вечер протирать все общедоступные места антибактериальными салфетками. За 25 лет бронирования я не сталкивалась с такой откровенной грязью! Ужас!
