الشباب متعاونين لأقصى حد (صالح وسلطان من الاستقبال ، عبدالرحمن من المطعم شاطر جدا وما شاء الله عليه بيتكلم كذا لغة وودود ، سائقي الجولف مازن وعبدالهادي ) كل الطاقم ممتاز
وصالح بالذات ودود جدا

طاقم الفندق كاملا كاملا بلا استثناء محترفين ودودين يقدموا المساعده بكل سعاده تبارك الله على رأسهم لأنه كان الاستفتاح الأخ سلطان لكن الأخ نمى والأخ صالح والله مقصروا نهائي
عمال الجولف مازن رجل من الزمن الجميل وكملن محمد محترم وخدوم
عمال البوفيه عبدالرحمن وجميع الطاقم في قمة الذوق
وليد محل ال shopping بالفندق حياه الله ان شاء الله في الدارين كريم جدا جدا
الفندق قريب من الحرم 10 دقايق مشي على اقصى تقدير
لا أنسى بالذكر أخى أبو معاذ وعرفته من خلال الفندق يمتلك سيارة تويوتا حملنى لكل مزارات الحج وكان نعم الرفيق وخير دليل ووصلنى إلى مطار جده وكان منتهى الذوق والرقى

Location , staff, everything was amazing

The best part of my stay at Samama was the incredibly accommodating and welcoming staff. I rarely network with hotel staff, but by the end of my trip, we were on a first-name basis. The reception team—Sultan, Abdul Rahman & Saleh, were consummate professionals from minute one. Mazen, the golf cart driver, provided truly exceptional, customer-first service. He was always looking out for my transportation needs and even connected me with a private driver, Abo Moaz, highly recommended car service: he is professional, keeps a spotless car, and offers very competitive pricing. Also thanks to Shakeeb for helping with my luggages weighing heading to airport.

From a practical and financial perspective, the return on investment at this hotel is massive, especially if you are traveling solo or with youth. It costs a fraction (about a quarter) of the Makkah Tower hotels. Yes, staying here adds about four minutes to your walk to the Haram, but that time is completely offset by avoiding the crowded, frustrating elevator queues at the Towers. The easy "in and out" access meant I easily caught every prayer. If I needed to return to the room for a quick break, meal, or to change clothes, it was entirely stress-free as long as I timed it right between prayers.

The rooms are on the smaller side, but for a solo traveler, it didn't matter in the least. The hotel is situated on a 100-meter hill where the golf cart operates. It's honestly a very manageable incline. I treated it as a bit of daily exercise, and sometimes walking was even faster than waiting for the cart. It is simply great to have both options.

The ultimate testament to their hospitality was when I decided to extend my stay. The staff seamlessly arranged for me to keep my current room so I didn't have to repack, offered me a much better rate than I expected (especially for a typically expensive Friday night in Makkah), and generously accommodated a late checkout.

Every single staff was extremely polite and nice, almost going above and beyond for service. Location is good. Less than 10 mins walk to haram.

الغرف نظيفه والسرير مريح جدا والمكان قريب من أبراج الصفوه ينزلك القولف من الفندق عند فندق مكارم وانت تكمل بس القولف محترم ومتواجد دايما والأخ سلطان تواصلت معاه قبل اوصل للفندق وكان تعامله ممتاز وقال بس توصل أنا احط غرفكم جنب بعض لان معاي اطفال وصلت متاخر على الشفت الثاني كان الاستقبال ماله خلق وعطاني غرفه نفرين ضيقه جدا

I really enjoyed my stay. The food was good, fresh, and well prepared. The customer service was excellent especially from Mr. Sultan and the rest of the staff, who were always helpful and professional. The location is perfect, only a 7‑minute walk to the Haram, which made everything very convenient. The room rent was reasonable and offered great value for money.

Stayed here for a week or so and came across thoroughly professional and courteous staff like Mr Saleh, Mr Sultan, Mr Nawaf and Mr Shakib at the reception area. Very good quality of food with a variety of buffet options serviced by efficient staff like Mustafa, A Rehman and Asim.

Çalışanlar hepsi güler yüzlü ihtiyacınız olan bir şey olsa hemen ilgileniyorlar lobide sultan golf araçlarındaki rink yapan Muhammet ve benim deyimimle kartal Tibet 😀 ikiside neşeliler yemekhanede Abdurrahman - Mustafa hepsi süper çocuklar kabeye yakınlığı çok güzel namazlara 5 dk kala bile çıksak cemaatle namaz kılabiliyorduk odalar küçük biraz onuda çok dert etmedik

Otelimizden bayağı memnun kaldık başta Sultan'ın arkadaşımızın sohbeti ve iyi yaklaşımıyla ve yemekhanedeki arkadaşlarla beraber bütün personelden Biz razıyız Allah da onlardan razı olsun Muhammed arkadaşımız da unutmamak lazım O da çok cefakar bir kardeşimiz Abdurrahman Şahı kim kardeşimizde hizmetlerinden dolayı bütün personeli teşekkür ediyoruz inşallah en kısa zamanda gelmeyi düşünüyoruz tekrar
