Pros:

I write this while sitting in Masjid Nabawi, Madinah. For my first experience performed umrah, really good hospitality. Front staffs really helpful, Nuff, Afrah, Sultan, and not forget to mention saqib the operation staff.

Cons:

I ask few times for golf cart going to the main road, but never recognized, in the end i walking down the elevated road

My sta was generally good , near to the HARAM the stag nice bit the room very small

Boendet är faktiskt och har bra service och utmärkt receptionist särskilt Saleh och andra personal är mycket vänliga och hjälpsamma.Läget är fantastiskt bara några minuter till Haram.Jag rekommenderar Samama hotel 100% och jag kommer bo här nästa år insha Allah.
