Quite disappointed with the "bunker room"
Pros:

The swimming pool area and the views are stunning. It feels incredible to swim up there, chilling and relaxing after a long day walking Pnhom Penh streets.

Cons:

Since the booking was already paid, they gave us a room with no window. The hotel was almost empty, but the guy at the reception refused to change our room claiming that it was full. It's all smiles and "sorry". There isn't a single photo in booking of a room with no windows. But we got one. It's not about the views but about the feeling of staying in a bunker after paying for something quite different. Check the photo to see the place where the windows usually are.

As I said, the swimming pool area is nice, but it closes at 6.00 pm. So if you come back from the city after a long sightseeing day you will find it closed. I don't understand this schedule to be honest.

Cons:

La piscina non era pulita. Fate attenzione alla scala della piscina e al vetro trasparente intorno alla piscina. Sono molto sporchi. Non mi è piaciuto poi che mi chiedessero il visto all arrivo. Quando mai un albergo lo chiede?

Pros:

Superbe hôtel au calme près du palais royal. Le personnel est accueillant, disponible et très serviable. Nous avions 2 chambres sans fenêtres et l’hôtel a accepté de nous les changer sans frais supplémentaires.

Een super fijn hotel met uitzicht uit het zwembad en netjes personeel.
Pros:

Ontzettend aardig personeel (dat ook Engels kan spreken). Zwembad op het dak was geweldig. Prachtig uitzicht. Kamer was zeer netjes met een fijne douche.

Good location, room was perfect, rooftop pool was amazing and so was the gym. Great value for money, would definitely return here!

Pros:

Good location, can walk to the palace and the river. Plenty of restaurants and bars around. Room was very clean, decent sized bathroom. The rooftop pool is a great space.

Cons:

The bed was very hard. The card reader for the power has a constant flashing light and the do not disturb button is constantly illuminated, both lights up the room at night.
