Pros:

Pros:
- the hotel was opened at the end of 2025 and you can feel that: furniture, bathroom equipment etc is brand new
- it takes ~ 10 minutes to get to the old town via Yandex
- if you are looking for more modern hotel than traditional Uzbek guesthouses: that is your choice
- hotel staff is nice and does everything they can to satisfy the guests

Cons:
- breakfast was unexpectedly bad: we were in few hotels in Uzbekistan and they offered omletes, fresh fruits, beans, samosa and other local specialities. Here you have basic choice: untasty beef sausages and ham, one type of cheese, eggs, some veggies and not fresh apples. Even coffee was bad. For 3 star American hotel it's simply unacceptable
- SPA area could be better and include i.e. jacuzzi. It has only claustrophobic pool
- Dear restaurant staff: please open wine by taking the cork out rather than smash it inside the bottle: single touch of the open wine with cork totally ruins the taste.

отличный сетевой отель в 10 минутах езды от старого города
Pros:

отличный новый отель по отличной цене! до старого города 10 минут на авто. Сетевой отель с отличным сервисом. Большая парковка, комфортные номера, бассейн/сауна. Уровень завтраков отличный, может быть чуть расширить ассортимент, но все на уровне. Хороший кофе из кофемашины. Спасибо! Рекомендую!

Pros:

Odalar yeni herşey var! Çok temiz. Yataklar çok konforlu ve rahat. Kahvaltı yeterli. Çalışanlar çok ilgili. Fiyat performans olarak çok iyi. Özellikle tavsiye ederim ben çok memnun kaldım.

Pros:

Excellent staff, very clean and big rooms, new hotel with all excellent facilities. Everyone in the staff, right from check in to housekeeping to restaurant staff and bell boys were exceptionally friendly. Helpful and supportive.

The room was spacious an the hotel is located just 10 minutes away from the main centres of attraction Liyab Hauz Ensemble.
