Отель стоит своих денег, но далеко от центра. Персонал явно не соответствует уровню отеля.
Pros:

Комфортный номер.

Cons:

Персонал в ресторане плохо говорит и понимает по-русски. В первое утро горничная постучала пришла убирать номер в 8 утра, разбудив нас. В ванной комнате кран не был закреплен, буквально "болтался", щель между стеной и душевой перегородкой протекала. Завтрак в ресторане не разнообразный.

Good place for a short rest, hidden fees here and there

Friendly staff, absolutley amazing food and sweets, comfortable beds.

Cons:

You are charged for the tourist fee even in all-inclusive packages from Booking.com, plus a 10% service fee on all your F&B services which is strictly prohibited by Uzbekistani laws (Article 4 and 21 of consumer protection laws).. felt like broad day theft but had to pay it.

The service is so low that it's hard to consider it a global chain hotel.
Pros:

The only advantage compared to other hotels was that you could control the room lights individually.

Cons:

Despite the emergency bell ringing and causing all guests to evacuate, the hotel staff only chuckled and did not properly apologize, the hotel staff freely entered and exited the rooms without knocking, and housekeeping was not properly done on time, among other issues overall.

Свежий кофортный отель со всеми плюсами сетевого отеля. Приветливый персонал — отель пошел нам на встречу и поменял номер на менее шумный. На завтраке была таааакая вкусная самса!

Cons:

Окна в комнатах, которые выходят на дорогу, пропускают шум машин с улицы.
