Cucina interna super consigliata
Al registrarme pregunté por los horarios del restaurante y que cierran a las 11 pm, todos los días. Subí a las 9 pm y estaba cerrado xq era domingo, así que me fui a dormir molesto y con hambre. Me sugirieron ir al oxxo jajaj
The property is new, and very clean.
The rooms are very nice; but too small
The price is high for a small room. There are not rooms for disable people. They are very necessary; since the hotel it is close to a hospital zone.

La distribución del interior de la habitación:
El inodoro con puerta de cristal prácticamente frente a la cama, y la regadera con acceso por el costado de la misma cama, también con puerta de cristal y sin vestíbulo.
El servicio y la atención por parte del personal es excepcional.
El personal amable, está limpio, huele bien.
Le doy un “0” a el baño de la habitación totalmente en desacuerdo fue extremadamente incómodo, al tamaño de la habitación le doy un “3”, para 4 personas fue demasiado reducido. TODO lo demás estuvo super bien pero yo no regresaré ni lo recomendaría a nadie, al contrario, es que de verdad el toilet creo que ni lo usamos íbamos al piso 9 o tratábamos de ir al baño antes de llegar al hotel, para bañarnos; luces apagadas y todos para afuera para poder cambiarnos. 😡😑👎🏻
La limpieza y la amabilidad de el personal muy bien, pero, Regresar? jamás gracias a la incomodidad de del baño, el precio me pareció elevado para el tamaño de la habitación es MUY PEQUEÑO

For my needs the location was great. I had a surgery (moved here a week later) and the proximity to Angeles Hospital for my Dr appointments was very convenient. It's very close to Andares mall, which is beautiful! It felt clean and modern. It is almost impossible to find hotel rooms with a mini fridge in Guadalajara, so that was a bonus.
The staff: Ross who is a concierge and Domingo upstairs at the rooftop restaurant were a real pleasure to speak with and both enhanced our stay🩷 The Biria Chilaquiles on the rooftop are tasty (ordered them twice) and my husband enjoyed the French toast🙂
Ok there's a little problem. There is a storm in Guadalajara almost every night (at least in Aug). There are large windows in the room and it seems almost none of them are sealed properly. Luckily it rained pretty heavily after we checked into our room and we noticed water coming in the window and pooling on the floor. We were able to move rooms. But guess what. It was happening in the second room too. Then we were moved to a third room where it was ok, but looking at the curtains there were water stains, so this obviously happens all the time. Whatever. Not sure how they're gonna fix that.
Here's the other thing. We ordered room service one night (15% service fee plus we tipped). They just bring the food in, and there's no where to put it. There's a tiny desk in the room and we had to move all of our stuff to barely fit it there. Also there's one chair so it's not like 2 people can sit and eat there. If you have room service YOU NEED TO PURCHASE ROLLING TRAYS!!! So people can sit at the edge of the bed and eat. It's the same as ordering Uber Eats if there's no tray.
Also as someone who has worked in many rooftop hotel bars. Whoever designed the bar upstairs has obviously never worked at one. The design of the bar makes it extremely difficult for the workers the second there is a gust of wind or rain comes (every day)
It's idiotic design and the shades that come down that they have to clip down to the ground are designed so it's almost impossible to get the clip in. I'd like to see the moron who designed it, try to deal with a sudden storm during service. I feel bad for the workers who have to deal with it upstairs 🥹
Su comodidad, tranquilidad y ubicación.
The attendant at check assumed she had already issued the cancellation of the guarantee on my room, without even verifying by Che king the room number. When I corrected her, she demanded to see my copy of the receipt instead of looking in the hotel records. All of this extended / delayed the checkout. She didn’t even offer an apology. Very poor service experience. I will not return.
