В номере почти не работал вай фая, комната очень маленькая, завтрак был с 8-9, для меня это очень рано.

Зручне розташування. Для Стамбула це дуже важливо: до Галатського мосту всього 8-10 хвилин пішки, а звідти є доступ до всіх видів транспорту. Номери невеликі, але комфортні. Зручні ліжка, а в нашому номері був власний балкон.
Привітний персонал.
Англійською майже не розмовляють, але за допомогою перекладача всі питання вирішувалися без проблем.

Cons:

Прибирання не щодня, можливо, його потрібно замовляти окремо. Доводилося просити додаткові засоби для ванної кімнати.
Раджу взяти капці для душу, оскільки немає окремого піддону чи кабіни, і вода потрапляє на підлогу всієї ванної кімнати.

Wonderful stay in a perfect location. Clean, peaceful, and made special by the outstanding staff.
Pros:

Our stay at Grand Süleymaniye Hotel was excellent. The hotel’s location is perfect, situated in a quiet area while still being close to Istanbul’s main historical attractions. The cleanliness of the rooms and the hotel in general was outstanding.

What made our experience truly special was the exceptional service provided by Mohammed and Baraa. They were incredibly kind, welcoming, and professional. Since our flight arrived early in the morning, they generously allowed us to access our room before the official check-in time, which was greatly appreciated after a long journey.

We were also pleased to see the recent improvements and renovation work, which have enhanced the overall quality and comfort of the hotel. In addition, we really enjoyed the breakfast, which was fresh, tasty, and a great way to start the day.

Although it is a relatively small hotel, it offers a warm atmosphere, excellent hospitality, and great value for money. We highly recommend Grand Süleymaniye Hotel and would gladly stay here again on our next visit to Istanbul.

Excellent hospitality, a great location, and outstanding value — I would happily stay here again.
Pros:

The location was excellent, just a 6-minute walk from both the metro and tram stations, making it very easy to get around Istanbul. There were plenty of local cafés and lokantas on the next street offering a wide variety of delicious and affordable food. The area felt very safe and peaceful, partly due to the nearby government buildings and security presence, and the surroundings were calm and not noisy. I especially loved the complimentary 24/7 hot tea available in the kitchen area. The staff and owners were incredibly welcoming and helpful at all hours. Since it is a family-run hotel, you can truly feel that they genuinely care about their guests and do their best to provide the highest level of service possible. The hotel delivers service far above what its price suggests. Even if there were any minor issues during the stay (in our case - no issues), the kindness, professionalism, and readiness of the administrators to help ensured that everything was resolved quickly and smoothly. Это дача, куда свозится все старое и ненужное
Pros:

Самое выгоднее - локация.

Cons:

Парни стараются, но не знаю как управлять отелем.
В хостелах лучше, чем здесь в отеле,
Реально все старое, разношерстное и нужно многое отреставрировать.
Плохо стирают постельное и оно было а пятнах.
Лестница с ковром не пылесосится.
На завтрак все холодное и нет микроволновки.
Все припасы: вода, хлопья, джемы - старые и уже невкусные.
Кофе невкусный. И заваривать в Турции в самовар чайные пакетики - недопустимо!
По вечерам соседские дети очень громко кричат на улице.
Нужно;
- убрать елку с лестницы (уже Новый год прошел)
- поменять украшения согласно летнему сезону
- качественно убирать номера и отель
- сменить на свежее продукты, поставить микроволновую печь, начать на месте жарить яйца и капкейки
- сменить посуду - сделать ее одинаковой и тп

For a fair price you have a clean room in a good neighborhood.
Pros:

Location was great, easy to access public transport, not too far from all the sites but far enough away that it was a quiet neighborhood at night. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The included breakfast was also better than I thought! It just ends a bit early (9am). We were always out all day so as a place to lay our heads it was fine.

Cons:

The room was a bit rough around the edges. Quite a few interesting repairs, like half the table was taped together, as one example. Also the shower makes the whole bathroom wet and you need to move all the water to the drain with a broom after the shower. It's not necessarily a big problem, I just didn't understand this from the pictures before and would have like to be more prepared. Also not enough well-placed outlets.

Номер очень большой и удобный . Хорошее месторасположение- в пешей доступности к основным достопримечательностям старого города. Недалеко станция метро. Рядом много точек, где можно недорого и вкусно поесть . До набережной 10 минут пешком.
