Pros:

חדר מרווח ומואר, עם מטבח מספק. הצוות היה ממש נחמד, פתחו איתנו קבוצת ווצאפ והיו זמינים לכל שאלה.
קרוב לבית חב"ד והיה מותאם לשבת (מפתח, מדרגות).

היתה לנו מטרה להיות במקום שאפשר לבשל המקום נחמד מאוד ונקי . קרוב מאוד לבית חב"ד.
אין שם דלפק שרות והכל דרך הווצאפ .
בונים ליד המלון וכל בוקר יש דפיקות כל הלילה לא ישנו כי הם יצקו בטון כל הלילה זה היה נורא .
ממש חבל כי המקום ממש נחמד.
הם גם נתנו לנו מפתח לשבת .

Cons:

לא הייתה קבלה הכל דרך הווצאפ וזה קצת מסבך.

Avoid floor L mezzanine
Pros:

The staff were friendly and when we asked to move from the smelly internally apartment they arranged it for 2 nights into the stay. Both apartments were clean and 301 was airy and light. The area was handy for Tay Ho and Grab to elsewhere

Cons:

The first apartment was L, on a mezzanine floor. The lift opened to a paper door. - apparently only us and staff could reach that floor with a key card. This apartment had no eternal windows but did have a roof light. It smelled really awful - perhaps stale cigarettes ? It was overwhelming and we tried to get moved straight away. Also it was a bit unfinished although luxurious, eg there was an awkward small step to the bedroom which was a hazard for toes. I do not believe the smell is a new phenomenon. We asked to be moved and after 2 nights got into 301 which had a proper door and was lovely. I also asked for some compensation for the bad room- just a small reduction or acknowledgement- but got no reply. The first apartment had no instructions for how to put the trash out or towels unlike upstairs, as there was no corridor. I was disappointed as the staff member I met was great but that apartment made me feel ill.

Comfortable and clean
Pros:

Check in was super easy and everything was clean and tidy. We only needed the place for one night but would've happily stayed on if we didn't already have plans to travel on. The apartment was spacious and very modern

Cons:

The location is further away from some of the main sightseeing spots but it's easy to get a Grab to the old town.

Great value for money apartment
Pros:

A great value apartment!
Easy self check-in. Nice big apartment with nice extras like water and beer in the fridge, good bathroom, nice sofa etc.
Good location too if you want to be by the lake but away from the hustle and bustle.

Cons:

We had to pay cash at check in. We were given the option to pay with card through booking.com, but this still included a % on the card. This wasn't a problem, just that we don't usually have to pay a % with card payment through booking.com.
This was communicated clearly at check in before choosing how to pay, so can't complain, we just withdrew more cash! Would have been helpful to be told this in advance 🙂
Also there's no natural light in the apartment - not a problem for us, we kind of knew this from the photos and were out all day anyway.

Clean, everything is new. Great location and a great restaurant nearby

Cons:

The room has no sheer/light curtains - only blackout curtains. So during the day you’re either sitting in complete darkness with the lights on, or you have natural light but no privacy at all. It would be nice to have some natural light during the day without feeling exposed

Bardzo Polecam !!!
Pros:

Pobyt w tym miejscu był absolutnie fantastyczny! Już od samego początku wszystko przebiegało bezproblemowo – świetny kontakt z obsługą, szybkie przekazanie informacji oraz bardzo sprawne zameldowanie.

Apartament był czysty, pachnący i doskonale przygotowany na nasz przyjazd. Widać ogromną dbałość o szczegóły – wygodne łóżko, świeża pościel, dobrze wyposażona łazienka oraz wszystko, czego potrzeba do komfortowego pobytu. Lokalizacja również na duży plus – blisko do najważniejszych atrakcji, restauracji i komunikacji.

Ogromnym atutem była też cisza i spokój – idealne miejsce do odpoczynku po całym dniu zwiedzania. Dodatkowo właściciele byli bardzo pomocni i uprzejmi, zawsze gotowi doradzić i pomóc.

Zdecydowanie polecam to miejsce każdemu – zarówno na krótki wypad, jak i dłuższy pobyt. Na pewno jeszcze tu wrócimy! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Chcesz wersję bardziej „luksusową”, bardziej „na luzie” albo dopasowaną pod konkretny hotel z Twojego wyjazdu (np. Da Nang)? Mogę zrobić idealnie pod realny pobyt 👍
