Brak klimatyzacji przy upałach, pokój na 5 piętrze bez windy. Brak parkingu. Moim błędem że nie sprawdziłam tego będąc w ciąży.. było dla mnie mega niekomfortowe.

Všetko bolo super, veľmi sa nám páčilo. Určite prídeme znova. Avšak odporúčame inštaláciu klimatizácie

Cons:

Hotel je bez parkovania, parkovať pred hotelom je možné na verejných mestských parkoviskách, treba počítať s vyšším parkovným. Večerný check im je on-Line, tu musím vyzdvihnúť ochotu checking aj po telefóne. Do hotela sa večer dostanete až po checkin-e. Ak prší stojíte v daždi pred hotelom.

Дуже затишне та комфортне місце, варто зважати що ліфту немає, що може викликати окремі складнощі. Сподобались великі та гарно укомплектовані номери, безкоштовний міні бар, та можливість знайти поруч безкоштовну парковку. Персонал дуже ввічливий та уважний, смачні і якісні сніданки.

Сподобалось все, дуже гарно все оформлено в номері, чисто. Сніданок смачний.

Cons:

В той час, коли ми перебували в Брно, було дуже спекотно. І в номері було душно. Приємний бонус - те, що знаходилось в міні барі, було безкоштовно: горішки, пиво, пепсі:)

WC a koupelna mimo pokoj, systémová nedokonalost, nefungovala komunikace mezi hotelem a mojí osobou - měli mi poslat přístupové informace (kod) a ty nedošly a pak helplinka nebyla mnoho minut dostupná..
