Very friendly and helpful staff (names cited: Michal, Tereza, Maria, Jana, Sofia)
Good breakfast (fresh, varied, praised repeatedly)
Convenient central location / easy tram access
Complimentary minibar items and in-room service included
Pleasant, cozy interior and decor
Cons:
Street noise / windows facing a busy road causing lack of privacy
Parking difficulties; no dedicated hotel parking and limited public parking
No elevator — may be an issue for people with mobility needs or small children
Weak shower pressure reported in at least one review
Some rooms very close to entrance/restaurants and are noisy (e.g., room 1)
Occasional room issues: TV channels not working, plumbing/fridge noises, strong electronic air freshener scent

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Repeated mentions across reviews: 'clean and fragrant room', 'exceptional cleanliness', 'номер чистый' — overall clearly positive on cleanliness.
Service
1
Numerous comments praising staff by name (Michal, Tereza, Maria, Jana, Sofia), described as very friendly, professional and helpful — strong positive service sentiment.
Location
1
Good central location and tram access noted, but multiple complaints about windows facing a busy road (noise, lack of privacy) and difficult/limited parking made location a net negative.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as pleasant and well-equipped in many reviews, but several concrete issues (room next to main entrance very noisy, TV channels not working, weak shower pressure) lowered room-quality sentiment.
Amenities
1
Positives: free minibar items, included breakfast, earplugs available. Negatives: no elevator, parking problems, occasional strong artificial room scent and noise from plumbing/fridge — overall amenities scored negatively for guest convenience.
Value for Money
1
Included breakfast and minibar and friendly service support good value, but parking difficulties, noise issues and amenity shortcomings reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast repeatedly described as good/abundant/fresh ('snídaně super', 'good breakfast', 'úžasná') — clear positive sentiment for food.
Overall Experience
1
Majority of reviewers recommend and say they would return; friendly staff and cleanliness drive a positive overall experience, though noise and parking problems temper it.

Pros:

Colazione discreta e staff disponibile

Cons:

Camera n.20 troppo piccola e con bagno esterno e senza un appoggio. Camera molto calda e al 5 piano senza ascensore. Non vale il prezzo pagato

Pros:

Moc hezký rodinný hotel s přátelským personálem. Zvláštní poděkování milé recepční Emě, velmi ochotně se o nás starala a poradila nám vše co jsme potřebovaly. Výborná snídaně 👏

Snídaně výborná a velký výběr.

Cons:

Možná lepší kvalita sprchového gelu s absenci šamponu, v dnešní době již bývá, ale nic co by jakkoliv zásadně ovlivnilo me hodnocení
