Many unexpected charges such as: housekeeping, parking, and resort fee. These charges were substantial and not included in the Booking.com final price. Booking. Com should be more honest and accurate with the final price

Pros:

It’s a beautiful place to stay, clean and staff was wonderful. It was close to the mall just across the street and lots of restaurants nearby to walk over to. Very convenient.

Pros:

The facilities are incredible. It is a brand new hotel.

Cons:

The only problem is that they have different behavior than a regular hotel: they don't clean unless you ask and you have to pay. It is like an luxury AirBnB. Seems parking is charged, but it is not clear. There is a beautiful swimming pool but I only found out in the last day because they forgot to tell me. But it is amazing.
