Cons:

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Generally praised as very clean (multiple reviews note 'very clean' and well-kept grounds), but some guests reported no in-room cleaning during their stay—mixed but slightly positive overall.
Service
1
Consistently very positive: hosts (Stelina) described as attentive, responsive and helpful; virtual reception worked well and problems were resolved quickly.
Location
1
Multiple mentions of an excellent location (close to beach, restaurants, easy to access), considered a strong positive.
Room Quality
1
Mixed to negative: while rooms are modern and some guests loved the jacuzzi/space, several issues impacted room quality (very thin walls/noise from neighbors and corridor, lack of in-room cleaning, bedding only a sheet unless self-supplied, cold/warm shower water, missing small items like a stool). Overall these practical problems significantly detracted from room comfort.
Amenities
1
Positives include free parking, jacuzzi room, laundry available, gated/video-monitored property; minor lacks (few kitchen mugs) noted but amenities are generally a plus.
Value for Money
1
Guests explicitly commented on good value ('top rapport qualité/prix') and last-minute service responsiveness, so value is seen as slightly positive.
Food and Beverage
1
Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned the target overall rating.
Overall Experience
1
Overall experience reported as positive by many (warm host, secure site, enjoyable stay), though some practical issues reduced the comfort for a subset of guests.

Pros:

Cons:

The staff spoilt the experience, otherwise very good!
Pros:

The room was nice. Hi

Cons:

The owner raised the prices the next day and it seems he raised prices whenever he feels like. Also he refused to give me an invoice.

The cleaner makes so much noise in the morning you're forced to wake up 9.30 with music blasting through corridors. Very annoying if using the hotel for rest.

No soundproofing. You hear everything.

The room we booked was not available then the next room was good but had to move because smoke alarm kept beeping and Instead got downgraded. Still paying same money.

The attitude is they are nice to you until they get what they want then very rude.

Pros:
