Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, bardzo sympatyczny personel, dobre śniadanie, czystość na wysokim poziomie.

Cons:

Łóżko, poduszki - na twardszym jeszcze nie spałam, jak ktoś lubi miękkie to będzie miał problem ze snem jak ja. Zamiast poduszki musiałam wziąć ręcznik pod głowę, zamiast pod kołdrą spałam na. Bardzo niewygodnie - skała to mało powiedziane. Ale to jedyny minus tego hotelu. Ten kto lubi twarde łóżka pewnie będzie zadowolony.

침구며 물품들이 매우 깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다.
주변에 편의 시설이 잘되어 있어 좋았습니다.

위치 친절 굿...방음은 전혀 안됨...옆방에 아는 사람은 절대 같이 방잡지 마세요
Pros:

신상 호텔이고 위치 좋습니다 다른 호텔과 다르게 살짝 안쪽에 숨은 느낌이라 왔다갔다 하기도 느낌있었습니다.
주차도 바로 옆에 타워 주차장이라 좋았습니다.
낮에 맞이해주는 직원분이 유니폼 착장이라 더 환영받는 느낌이었습니다. 짐 보관하고 나갔다 오니 짐도 방에 올려주셨습니다.

Cons:

새로 공사한 곳이다 보니 시설 곳곳 먼지? 나무 부스러기 같은게 좀 많이 떨어져있었습니다.
그리고 방음이 너무 취약하네요 옆방에서 대화 및 다른 소리도 물론 심지어 물틀고 스위치 누르는 소리까지 다 들렸습니다...

המיקום היה בסדר במרכז בוסאן בסמיון . המלון חדש וכך החדר היה נקי.

Cons:

.הזמנתי חדר ל 3 (2 מבוגרים וילדה בת 12 ) אבל כשהגענו קיבלנו חדר ל 2 אנשים, מיטה זוגית אחת וציוד לשני אנשים בלבד . ביקשנו להחליף חדר מתאים למה שהזמנו ואמרו שאין. אמרו לנו שאחד ישן על הרצפה עם שמיכה שיתנו לנו . לא מקובל עלי בכלל ששילמתי חדר ל 3 וקיבלתי חדר ל 2 קטן . קשה למצוא המלון ואין חניה ליד .המלון חדש ויש ריח של צבע , מהחלון קרוב מאוד היה אתר בניה ורעש כל הזמן מחוץ לחדר . החדר נקי אבל היה בחדר בקבוק תרסיס נגד ג'וקים , מבחיל.בחדר האמבטיה אין הפרדה בין רטוב ליבש ואין איפוא לשים בגדים שלא ירטב.

Organisational nightmare
Pros:

- very clean
- good location
- a lot of amenities (bathing, kettle in the room)

Cons:

- no AC for the first night, they didn't tell me that immediately even though it turned out they were fully aware that it didn't work, even before I checked in. The lack of communication was the biggest problem. After I complained they gave me a fan. They claimed the problem will be solved but then they told me I need to move to a new room which meant moving all my stuff again for a two night stay. Very inconvenient and i wish they were upfront with the issue.
- during the first ac-less night I opened the window but there was very loud construction that woke me up in the morning which the window made worse. But you can still hear the construction with a closed window because they're expanding the hotel itself
- a cleaning person walked in on me changing because they were not informed I had to change rooms. I understand one mistake but I was already annoyed by the lack of communication before this
- no bell after hours, if you need something you need to be able to ring a Korean number

신축 건물이라 전체적으로 시설이 매우 깔끔하고, 모든 것이 새것이라 머무는 내내 기분이 편안했습니다. 객실에 들어서자마자 쾌적함이 느껴졌고, 관리가 잘 되고 있다는 인상이 들었습니다.

객실 내 제공되는 서비스도 만족스러웠는데, 냉장고에 생수 2병, 테이블 위에 2병이 추가로 준비되어 있어 총 4병을 여유 있게 사용할 수 있었습니다. 이런 세심한 배려 덕분에 편리하게 이용할 수 있었습니다.

어메니티 키트 역시 하나하나 깔끔하게 구성되어 있어 위생적인 느낌을 받았고, 사용하면서도 만족도가 높았습니다.

또한 2층 침대 구조로 되어 있어 친구들과 함께 이용하기에 공간 활용이 매우 좋았습니다. 여러 명이 머물러도 답답하거나 좁다는 느낌이 들지 않아, 단체 여행 숙소로도 적합하다고 생각됩니다.

위치 또한 서면 롯데백화점 근처 번화가에 자리하고 있어 접근성이 뛰어납니다. 주변에 다양한 음식점과 오락시설이 풍부해 숙소에 머무는 동안 즐길 거리가 많아 더욱 만족스러운 여행이 되었습니다.
