Hotel Indigo was a very good experience for us. The hotel is new and well maintained. The designs throughout the hotel are very beautiful. The staff is professional and always ready to help. The hotel's location next to the old city was perfect for us.

One of the best days
Pros:

Everything was wonderful: the location, the cleanliness, the service from all the staff, especially Nana ،Nini ،Giorgi, who was one of the best. The manager, in particular, upgraded the room for free and added a crib for the child. Honestly, the service was excellent, and let's not forget the beautiful view.

Pros:

המיקום מדהים, מלון קטן, נקי, מרווח, מושקע, נהנינו מאד.
המלון ללא קזינו, וללא עישון.

Cons:

לא הצלחנו להסיט את הוילון כדי למנוע את האור בבוקר, אפשר לבקש עזרה, אבל לא ביקשנו.
חוץ מזה היו נהדרים ואדיבים.

Ein neues Hotel in einer hervorragenden Lage mit viel Potenzial

Das Hotel hat eine tolle Lage. Nah an Restaurants und mitten im Zentrum. Im Haus Selbst sind sogar zwei gute Restaurants.
Das Frühstück war im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels, die wir auf der Durchreise über Georgien hatten, hervorragend.
Das Hotel ist neu und es ist alles sehr gut verarbeitet. Die gesamte Einrichtung samt Farbgestaltung ist sehr geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Und können dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen. Auch der Zimmerservice war in Ordnung.

Cons:

Wir wünschten uns und es würde das Hotel wirklich sehr aufwerten, wenn die Mitarbeiter (besonders bei Frühstück) aufmerksamer und vor allem netter wären. Es würde schon helfen, wenn sie die Gäste begrüßen würden beziehungsweise darauf antworten, wenn man Guten Morgen sagt. Nun ist dort ein sehr bemühter Manager, der uns versprochen hat sich darum zu kümmern.

Pros:

Понравилось. Новый, уютный, небольшой, камерный отель. Приятные, дизайнерские интерьеры, новая мебель и внутреннее наполнение номера. Персонал очень старается. Даже если возникают проблемы, персонал адекватно реагирует на замечания и быстро исправляет недочеты... Большое спасибо за профессионализм в работе Авто (могу ошибиться в имени...) Из окон номеров с прямым видом на площадь Европы открываются красивые виды на ухоженную территорию. В пешей доступности длинная набережная и парковая зона.

Fantastic hotel
Pros:

Gorgeous hotel with very little to complain about. Shower and bathroom facilities brilliant, breakfast varied with very good coffee provided. Staff are very welcoming and professional. Great location for exploring Batumi

Cons:

Very very minor, but sound-proofing in the room is not the best (noise from neighbouring Jazz bar)
