Espaço do quarto
Vizinhança do Hotel e falta de empatia do recepcionista.
The location and the room.
One elevator wasn't working, and the breakfast could have given more options.
Incredible hotel, excellent location and personnel
I was not told by booking nor the hotel that there would be a $150 deposit
This was a perfect place to stopover for the night in between flights. Super convenient from the AirTrain (like a block and a half), and I had to fly out of LGA the next day, so it was a short 15 minute Uber ride to La Guardia. The room was impeccably clean and much bigger than most places you'll get in New York, and the front desk staff was warm and accommodating. I'm not sure why a lot of reviews state that the neighborhood/location is bad—this is New York, and this is a real New York neighborhood—this is what most of New York looks like and who lives in the city. There's no Anthropologie, there's no Free People, there's no Sweetgreen. There are plenty of bodegas/restaurants around to grab food, water, anything you need, and everyone I met was wonderful and friendly. You won't get a more authentic slice of real New York with this type of convenience to the airport. Also tons of amazing options on UberEats/GrubHub if you want to bring in your food for the night (and a fridge in the room) that are very quick and easy to intercept in the lobby.
It's now my go-to stop when I need a night in New York without the Manhattan prices. It's also 15 mins from the city, so that can't be beat either.
My only piece of feedback for the hotel is maybe, if possible, expand the options available at your in-hotel store...maybe add some beer and wine (if possible)?
It’s very clean and so comfortable and fantastic view from windows overlooking the city ( 7th floor)
Nothing to mention
Great hotel with great facilities. Delicious breakfast.
Located within easy reach of Jamaica Station
Felt quite unsafe walking to the hotel at night, but that’s not the hotel’s fault.
Goed gelegen en makkelijk te bereiken met de Jamaican Airtrain
Quick check in via their SMS service, very large and clean room
The neighborhood was very unkempt and daunting at night. It seemed that only 1 of 3 elevators were working and it was a long wait to use.
New facility.
The elevator wait time.
Location was ideal for my early flight the following morning . Left too early to enjoy breakfast
No Tea / coffee making facilities in room and impossible to operate tv ( but that may have been down to me!)
Room was nice and big
The location and view from the room

Nada
Perfect location for a well priced stay close to JFK airport. The bed was super comfy. Room was clean with lots of bathroom towels.
Breakfast was not as good as reviews suggested. The toasters didn't work and there were 5 TVs on the go so there was a resonance of noise! Shower power was a bit weak.
La cama era comida
Heche de menos una tina en el baño, un Internet de buena calidad (se suponía que era de buena calidad y en realidad no pasaba de 5mbps... esa fue la peor parte. Más variedad en el menú del desayuno....
