I stayed in this hotel a little over a month ago and expressed my disappointment in not being able to check in earlier, despite changing my travel plans after getting my hopes up when an employee messaged me that early check in might be possible for an extra fee. The hotel commented on my review asking me to give them a second chance and, begrudgingly, I decided to do just that. Unfortunately, my opinion hasn't been swayed.

I arrived around 2 pm this time, figuring it was no use to arrive early after last time’s frustrating letdown. To my utter surprise, I was met with the same response when I asked if it was possible check in at the front desk, “There are no rooms available.” Mind you, check in is in one hour… there really wasn’t a single room available just an hour prior to check in? Again? Seriously? I would’ve taken any room, it didn’t have to be the one I booked. I couldn’t even hold in my sigh and eye roll when I heard the news from the staff. After this, I’ve ruled out this hotel from my future stays. I’ve already canceled the reservation I had planned in October and won’t be booking here again, unless there is some unprecedented, dire need.

To others, this hotel may met their standards. It’s pristinely clean, the views of the nearby neighborhood are undeniable pretty, and despite being so close to the station, there aren’t any sounds of approaching trains. There’s a fitness room and coffee station that many people would appreciate. Breakfast is also offered at no extra charge with plenty of seating available.

But to me, as someone who travels out of state regularly for concerts that require early arrival time at venues due to vip ticket requirements, my primary need in a hotel is a place to change and sleep. When the former is denied, it upheaves my plans, leaving me with unnecessary stress and forcing me to cut things out of my itinerary.

One hour. That’s all I needed.

the location is both good and bad. Good to be so close to the airport, but clearly surrounded by transients and people living on the streets. It's not the best neighborhood overall, but still there were a lot of police around so I felt safe enough. The area is walkable to food, the airport and shops. The water pressure in the room wasn't great and there was no pool.

It was fine for me, and i only stayed one night. I couldn't say.

Breakfast ran out of stuff quickly and too long to replenish but decent food when it was there

It can feel unsafe if you arrive at night.

The lotion ran out and the body wash was empty. It turned into a 2 day wait for them.

Sofa bed springs were uncomfortable.

בטעות הוזמנו 2 חדרים במקום חדר 1 שעה לפני שהגענו למלון. ביקשנו לקבל החזר כי לקחנו רק חדר אחד. בוקינג הסכימו ושלחו בקשה למלון אבל המלון סירבו . בקבלה יכלו לאמר לנו לא לעשות צ׳ק אין אבל לא עשו זאת. נורא מאכזב .
