Pros:

Breakfast was mediocre, beds were comfy

Cons:

The fact that they sky rocket the nightly price because hotel owner must of known there was 95% cancelations at JFK and they preyed on people's down fall. I was charged over 300.00 a night more than double the rate! Ill never give them my business ever again.

Pros:

Het was heel dichtbij de metro en ook de Airtrain naar JFK. De kamer was ruim en schoon. Elke dag werd het bed opgemaakt en handoeken bij gezet. Personeel aan de balie is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Cons:

De prijs mocht wel wat omlaag. Ontbijt hebben we niet gebruikt omdat we elke keer wel buiten aten, als dat een keus kan zijn dan kan misschien de prijs iets omlaag. De metro is dichtbij maar je bent wel ongeveer 45minuten a 1uur onderweg naar het centrum. Hou daar rekening mee.

A kornyek nem biztonsagos, kerulendo. A szallas inkorrekt. Bookingon foglaltunk, visszaigazoltak, meg e-mailt is kuldott a szallas. Mikor odaertunk a hotelhez kozoltek, hogy a foglalasunk torolve lett. Nem tudtak megmondani miert es errol sem a bookingtol, sem a szallastol nem kaptunk ertesitest, sot, a bookinhon tovabbra is visszsigazoltkent szerepelt. A szallas keszitett uj foglalast, majd 150 usd-vel tobbet terhelt a kartyamra mint a bookingos ar. Mikor rakerdeztem megnyugtattak, hogy ez biztonsagi letet ami kicsekkolaskor visszajar. Azota sem kaptam vissza, es sem a booking, sem a szallas nem ad erdemi informaciot.

Convenient location to JFK
Pros:

It is walking distance to the metro station and Air Train to JFK. So convenient location for visitors who travel to and from JFK.

The facilities are new and clean

Good breakfast with reasonable amount of food choices

Cons:

They have no dedicated parking space (at least one or two parking spaces only for the hotel visitors). They have only one loading space in front of the hotel but it is always occupied by vehicles. Also if parked long times you might get a ticket (as the receptionist said) This is so annoying as a hotel located closer to airport the guests usually have some luggages and they need time to unload these and complete the check in process. Unavailability of at least one or two dedicated parking is so annoying for this type of hotel.

The surrounding of the hotel is not very pleasant. Honestly I felt insecure and not to go outside to explore the surrounding during my stay.

One of the receptionist (a lady) who was at the reception on the day of my check in was not very welcoming. I had an issue with my credit card and she got annoyed by that and raised her voice at me rather than trying to help. All the other receptionists were nice and helpful
