Es un buen hotel, llegar fue sencillo y el hotel es un edificio muy grande, así que fue fácil reconocerlo. Está ubicado en una zona relativamente buena, no está tan lejos del centro y las zonas importantes. Cuenta con una máquina de cafetería las 24 horas, lo cual yo aprecio y agradezco mucho, las instalaciones se ven nuevas y cuenta con todo lo que uno pueda requerir. el desayuno fue muy bueno y tenía opciones muy variadas. En general todo estuvo muy bien. El personal se esforzó por hablar en español, cosa me que gustó mucho.

Cons:

Algo que no me gustó es que una de las cosas por las cuales elegí este hotel era porque decía que tenía parqueadero Incluido. Como tal el hotel si tiene su propio parqueadero, pero desafortunadamente no pudimos parquear el auto rentado en el que veníamos, ya que dijeron que no había cupo. Nos quedamos dos noches en el hotel, en ninguna de las dos noches nos fue posible parquear nuestro auto. Adicional a esto, un mes atrás y días antes de llegar, pregunté si había posibilidad de reservar una plaza en el parqueadero, puesto que llevando un auto rentado, de verdad necesitaba un lugar en el parqueadero, pero no recibí respuesta positiva. Dicho esto, deberían aclarar en el hotel que el parqueadero siempre será sujeto a una disponibilidad muy pequeña.

Olía las tuberías del baño, tanto la del lavabo como la de la ducha.
En la hora de salida y de desayunos es imposible coger el ascensor, en muchos casos ocupados por la limpiadoras.
Muchas habitaciones, en muchos pisos para solo 2 ascensores.
La iluminación de la habitación y del baño era un poco excasa
