Really good location. Evesleigh and the foundery were a really nice surprise.
Pros:

The breakfast was very convenient and the staff were very helpful and friendly.

Cons:

There is nowhere to park if you have a car. Only on-street parking which has a 2 hour maximum. There may be some areas to park within a few minutes walking distance, but the streets are narrow and more than one car showed scrapes down their sides.

Definitely a favourite place to stay in inner Sydney
Pros:

The hotel has been beautifully restored - the decor is tasteful, & though the rooms aren't large, the space has been well used.
The beds are comfy, pillows are divine, & air-conditioning is nicely silent.
The bathroom was small but stylish & adequate. This is my second stay, & my previous room was a larger suite, & the bathroom was significantly more spacious.
The tea & coffee station outside the lift on each floor works pretty well.

Cons:

I had an issue with a blocked bathroom basin late at night, which I had to unblock myself. The Guest Services team member I've since communicated with has been excellent in their response to my feedback & resolved my concern.

Generally the rooms are very quiet. I was opposite the staff/supply cupboard in the corridor this stay & was woken a little early by movement there, which was a minor issue.

No tea coffee in room,coffee machine outside not operational, no tissues,all ok for 1 night stay but not 7 day, rooms on small side

Tv casting wouldnt work with iphone - perhaps a setting on tv?
Fire alarm warni g sign could be more visible - was set off by another room ? By steam while we were there.

The staff at the hotel & accommodation were very pleasant. We should have asked for another room.
Pros:

The style & colour scheme. The shared coffee/tea facilities.

Cons:

Our room 109 had a bed with one side against the wall so the person on the right hand side had to slide down to the end of the bed to get out. Our only window was obscured by a wardrobe.
