Pros:
Excellent central location (near plaza, market, supermarket)
Friendly and helpful staff (reception assistance, provided iron)
Air conditioning and basic in-room amenities (fridge)
Good value / competitive price
Some guests reported good/excellent breakfast
Cons:
Pest issues reported (ants, cockroaches, crickets, spider)

Occasional poor receptionist service and slow breakfast service/out-of-stock items
Missing items in rooms at times (towels); difficult vehicle access

Categories

Cleanliness
1
Multiple mentions of pests and odors (hormigas/ants, cucarachas/cockroaches, grillos/crickets, araña/spider), stained or neglected linens and smells in bathrooms/rooms — overall clearly negative cleanliness reports.
Service
1
Service is frequently described as friendly and helpful (staff assisted with requests, provided iron, attentive reception at times), though there are some complaints about a morning receptionist and isolated poor treatment — overall mixed-to-positive.
Location
1
Consistently praised as excellent, very central and convenient (near plaza, market, supermarket, malecón), though occasional notes about limited vehicle access or difficult entry.
Room Quality
1
Room condition has several issues: worn doors, elevated sink, bathrooms with odor, some rooms described as neglected or poorly maintained; occasional reports of missing towels and small accidents (lamp).
Amenities
1
Air conditioning, fridge and availability of iron are appreciated and mentioned positively; basic amenities present, though breakfast provisioning and some facility comfort are inconsistent.
Value for Money
1
Multiple reviewers note competitive pricing and good price-quality ratio, recommending the hotel for its cost — generally viewed as good value despite flaws.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast quality is mixed: several praises for good/excellent breakfast and friendly breakfast staff, but there are reports of shortages/delays (notably on busy dates) and occasional slow service.
Overall Experience
1
Overall impression is mixed: strong advantages in location, helpful staff and good value, but cleanliness and some room-condition issues (pests, odors, maintenance) lead to a below-average overall experience for some guests.
