The hotel was in a great location – everything was close, including tourist attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The biggest advantage was the incredibly friendly and helpful staff. They were always smiling and ready to help, making our stay truly enjoyable.

I am very disappointed with my stay at your hotel. I booked this hotel because the pictures advertised online looked very appealing, but in reality the hotel looked nothing like the photos. The location was also misleading, as the map stated it was only 11 minutes away from the beach/sea, when in fact it was more like a park area and not what was expected.
The room itself was very small, the bed was uncomfortable, and the pillows were extremely flat which made it difficult to sleep. The balcony was also much smaller than expected. On top of this, there was a lot of disturbance from ongoing construction work, making it impossible to relax peacefully. The bed was positioned directly next to a window where all the sun light was coming through the curtains wasn't long enough, and the outside noise constantly disturbed my sleep snd toilet flush was broken i will put all the picturesup with this..
My friend and I were so unhappy with the conditions that we decided to book another hotel elsewhere.
We also paid for breakfast included in our booking, but this was disappointing as well. Instead of a proper breakfast buffet/bar that is usually expected in hotels, we were only given a very small plate with fruit, bread, eggs, etc.
Overall, the hotel did not match the description or expectations advertised online, and I feel very dissatisfied with the experience.

The staff were wonderful. Villa in particular was great and always willing to help. The owner was very nice too.
All our requests were met including asking for flowers in the room.
Hotel is a fantastic location for Antalya and if you have a car, there’s plenty of free parking around.

The hotel was good staff are amazing .Please bear in mind this hotel is in a residential area.
