Noise from other tenants. Walls very thin

Only the management must consider the bathroom floor water wastage ,become the bathroom floor in same level and the water spread whole bathroom floor and waste water flowing is not properly designed and built.

Room too small, no place to hang clothes

i was chk in@4:30pm but next day chk out@12pm but d hotel staff keep on called me n rush me out of rm n even warned me to imposed additional charges for late chk out@15-20mins late...Why nwdays chk in late but chk out early policies especially in Spore?
im really pissed off by d staff!!!!

個人的にはもう少しあったかいお湯がでたら嬉しかった。

To start with, I had taken my family (we are couple with 2 kids). I had requested for early checkin and they said subject to availability, it will be provided with some additional charge (Email confirmation was there). Once we went there, there was a display (got a pic of it) says early check in from 6-12pm would cost 60 SGD. We went around 930 and we were told it would cost 20 SGD per hour. They only gave room at 245 pm saying if they need to get room ready it would cost 20 SGD/hour. They treat us like ATM machines.
With beginning being so bad, the room we got was worst. It had stinky smell and room keeping did mop and sprayed room freshener to make it good. Room had 2 bunk beds with no more space. The beds were also planks and mattresses not proper beds. Biggest surprise came when we started to take shower to go out for cruise. Hot water is electric instant geyser (not even stored tank) so you hardly get warm water forget about hot water. The tiles under the shower were not even and water stopped around floor near commord. Had to rush back to house keeping, they said they can mop after every shower and do a room spray as it had stinky smell. Went to reception and they gave the same advice. After staying at reception for one hour or so, they got their plumber to look at it and he said it is not a quick fix and need the flooring to be removed. All the while the receptionists were saying we cannot give you another as it is full. They gave another room for us to take shower that evening and next morning. We were not allowed to sleep in that room. We slept in same stinky room, closing the bathroom door. When asked why do not you change the room, the answer was no quadraple room is available. When asked to provide 2 rooms, they said it would cost 120 SGD / day more. When we said it is your fault, then they started saying rooms are full and there is no availability.
No refund
We stayed in 3 different rooms for 3 nights.

Rooms are not sound proof. Lot of noises were coming from both outside & adjacent room
