Easy, cheap, convenient
Pros:

Easy location and functional set up

Cons:

- An additional tax was added upon check in?
- a strange alarm panel was located in my room near the curtains. An alarm started at 02:00 and ruined my night sleep (pic attached)
- a bit of caretaking in the room/bathroom is required (pics attached)

Not very comfortable and location not great
Pros:

Lots of parking and it seems to be an cheap choice stopover for transiting tourists.

Cons:

Usually B&B Hotels are well kept, but this one lacked attention. Staff wasn't present after a certain time and no one can be reached by telephone or chat, so when we discovered after checkin that our bathroom light didn't work we couldn't contact anyone. No light in the bathroom, which was tiny and included the toilet, so impossible to see anything with the door closed. I found it noisy in the hallways and unwelcoming at reception - chairs were up on tables, shutters down at the desk. Didn't feel welcomed at all. Rooms are too small.

Pros:

Acceuil. Efficacité. Proximité des toutes. Climatisation. Accepte les chiens ( et les belges 😉) décoration, rénovation rapport qualité prix !!!

Cela n' est pas assez cher .. ça attire les clients.

Pros:

La propreté de la chambre et surtout une clim qui fonctionnait bien.

Cons:

Que l'on nous réclame la taxe de séjour alors qu'à la réservation par booking. Com on nous avait dit que l'on avait plus rien à régler. !!
