Categories

Cleanliness
1
Many guests describe rooms as very clean or spotless, though some report strong cigarette smell due to ventilation or other guests, which detracts from perceived cleanliness.
Service
1
Multiple reviews praise attentive, friendly and professional staff; however, some communication issues (staff not speaking English) and weak enforcement of non-smoking rules were reported.
Location
1
Good location near the city center and on a quiet street; parking is nearby (about 100 m) though it may be open and not fully secure.
Room Quality
1
Rooms are frequently described as comfortable, modern and with good beds, but some guests note rooms are smaller than in photos and soundproofing/ventilation issues.
Amenities
1
Private parking is available but limited and open; notable lacks include no coffee machine in the restaurant and cold/poorly heated breakfast area.
Value for Money
1
Mixed impressions: hotel is new and comfortable for some, but poor restaurant/food quality, limited parking and other issues reduce perceived value.
Food and Beverage
1
Multiple complaints about breakfast: limited variety, same items every day, cold dishes, no dairy/hot options in some reviews, coffee in a thermos; a few guests found breakfast acceptable or tasty, but overall sentiment is negative.
Overall Experience
1
Many guests report an excellent stay and say they would return, citing cleanliness and friendly staff; however, recurring issues (smoke smell, breakfast quality, noise) produce mixed overall impressions.
