Cleanliness
1
Mostly positive: multiple reviews note 'chambre propre', 'propreté', and clean rooms; a single comment mentioned dirty sheets, but overall cleanliness impressions are positive.
Service
1
Generally positive: numerous mentions of friendly, helpful staff and a welcoming director; some operational issues at arrival but staff friendliness is consistently noted.
Location
1
Positive: many reviews cite good proximity to motorway, restaurants, clinic and shops, and convenient parking; location is frequently highlighted as a strength.
Room Quality
1
Mixed-to-negative: bedding is often praised as comfortable, but multiple reports of very small rooms, dated furniture, noisy air conditioning/heating and issues with mattress/pillow firmness reduce the score.
Amenities
1
Mixed: complimentary secure parking, vending/snack machines and hearty breakfasts are positives; lack of elevator and noisy heating are recurring drawbacks.
Value for Money
1
Negative: while some reviewers mention good rapport qualité/prix, there is at least one strong complaint about a recent significant price increase and perceived poor value for the price paid.
Food and Beverage
1
Positive: breakfast receives several positive mentions (e.g., 'petit déjeuner copieux', 'Śniadanie dobre').
Overall Experience
1
Mixed overall: many guests recommend the hotel and praise staff and comfort for short stays, but operational check-in issues, occasional cleanliness/furnishing complaints and room size concerns create a mixed overall impression.

Cons:
