Pros:

We had a fantastic stay at Royal FSM Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul. The apartment was very spacious, exceptionally clean, and had everything our family of five needed for a comfortable stay. The hot tub was a huge hit with the kids and was a great way to relax after a day of sightseeing. Also the mini hamam.

A special mention must go to Abo, who was absolutely amazing from start to finish. He arranged our airport transfers, checked in regularly to make sure everything was okay, and was always available to provide help, advice, and support whenever we needed it. His hospitality really made a difference and helped make our trip stress-free.

The location is excellent, with plenty of restaurants, cafés, shops, and several mosques all within easy walking distance. Yemen restaurant next door (Hadarat Yemen) was spot on, went twice. Major attractions such as the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sophia are only around 15 minutes away by taxi / tram or a pleasant 45-minute walk if you prefer to explore the city on foot (which I recommend). Overall, it was a perfect base for our family holiday in Istanbul.

Cons:

Honestly, there was very little to dislike. The apartment met our expectations and provided everything we needed for a comfortable family stay. Any questions we had were dealt with quickly by Abo, who was always helpful and responsive. So we needed extra toilet paper and he provided quickly or boat ride or money exchange. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future - next time for longer

Dit is geen appartement en nog best ver van centrum.
Pros:

Dat de host ons een dag later een andere appartement heeft gegeven, die vrij kwam. Dit appartement is wel okee, maar ik kan slechts een beoordeling maken.

Cons:

Het eerste contact was een vreemde start dat wij een email kregen dat de credit kaart geweigerd werd. Dit is opgelost door cash te betalen, daarna werd mijn verblijf gecanceld bij Booking, scheelt de afdracht. Het appartement op de begane grond is GEEN appartement het is een kleine kamer zie foto. Binnen komen gaat via klein halletje tussen de receptie van de host, die daar ook slaapt en de slaapkamer. In dit halletje heeft men ook een keuken geplaatst MET een vaatwasser. zie foto. Ook foto gemaakt van alle spullen die je kunt gebruiken. Echt komisch deze manier van denken. Dit appartement heeft nog wel een goede badkamer, maar het geheel is zeker geen appartement. Op de 1e, 2e en 3e verdieping heeft men ook appartementen die waarschijnlijk wel groter zijn.

Osoblje jako ljubazno, lokacija jako dobra, blizu svih bitnih delova grada. Saobracajno dobor povezano, metro, bus, tranvaj.

Cons:

Apartman nije kao sto je na slici.
Nema ogledalo u kupatilu, vodokotlic pokvaren, nisu cistili apratman. Nije kao na slici.

Pros:

24-hour reception service, the apartment is brand new, everything is great, nothing is broken. The location is in the center of Fatih, a 4-minute walk from bus and metro stops. There are multiple restaurants, pharmacies, barbershops, everything you need in the area. I will definitely come again.

Pros:

Appartement propre et agréable, idéalement situé pour découvrir Istanbul ( proche des transports, si vous préférez marcher sultanahmet est a 40 minutes à pieds )

Ich habe meinen Aufenthalt als gemischt empfunden: Die Infrastruktur war veraltet und es gab einige Mängel wie einen kaputten Kühlschrank sowie Probleme mit dem Warmwasser, die mehrfach reklamiert werden mussten, jedoch war das Empfangspersonal sehr freundlich, die Lage nahe am Haram mit Blick auf die Kaaba hervorragend und auch der Reinigungsservice zuverlässig und gut.
