I had a wonderful stay and spent three weeks at this hotel. Everything was excellent — the room was clean and comfortable, the location was convenient, and the overall atmosphere was friendly and welcoming.

A special thank you to Thinh for his kindness, professionalism, and outstanding service. He was always helpful, attentive, and made my stay even more enjoyable. Staff like Thinh truly make a difference and are one of the reasons I would gladly stay here again.

This hotel is absolutely not worth the price they charge for a stay.
Pros:

The staff at the reception desk are very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The bed linen may have old stains on it.

Room cleanliness was mediocre. One room was covered in hair, and another had a strong urine smell in the bathroom. Unfortunately, I did not raise this issue immediately because I was already stressed by having to move from one room to another.

There are ants in the rooms.

There is virtually no soundproofing. You will hear everything — your neighbors’ TV, conversations in the hallway, and especially the TV in the basement level. Whether it’s music or football, it is so loud that it feels as if you are sitting downstairs listening to it yourself.

There is no proper smoking area. People smoke directly in the corridor, and if your room is near the elevator, the smell can easily reach your room.

Laundry is not free and requires an additional fee, even though many hotels offer washing machines and dryers for guests to use at no extra cost.
