Gostei da estrutura do hotel ,tudo muito limpo e organizado, todos muito educados e respeitosos.Ducha maravilhosa, ar condicionado muito bom pois o dia estava muito quente na cidade. Ficamos em 4 pessoas no quarto e acordou muito bem , voltaria mais vezes . Gostei muito que disponibiliza ferro e tábua de passar roupas neo terceiro andar para passar roupa o que ajuda muito, já que todas as tomadas são 220.

O que me desagradou foi ao chegar e ser informada que a reserva não tinha sido feita ,mesmo eu mostrando o email de confirmação com o código e PIN, e com a data correta e tudo , ficamos nisso uns 20 minutos, e ele ligar para o gerente e ver se poderia fazer a reserva no balcão, e isso foi bem cansativo,pois estava cansada da viagem com minha filhas e já tendo mais compromissos no dia ainda, no total deu uns 40 minutos até poder ir para o quarto.

O hotel é agradável e a sua localização combina perfeitamente. Digamos que ele está bem endereçado.

Seria interessante adicionar protetores em baixo das portas para evitar que a luz do corredor projete-se para dentro do apartamento.
