Cons:

La souris dans la cuisine! Quand nous avons voulu aller à la cuisine, dès notre entrée, nous avons vu une souris. À cause de cet incident, nous n'y sommes pas retournées et n'avons pas pu en profiter.

Pros:

I really liked the location. It’s close to public transport, a church, and plenty of coffee shops, which was very convenient. The bed was comfortable, the toilets were also clean. However, the air conditioning wasn’t working, and the window couldn’t be locked. There's no cabinet in my room to organise my things. There’s also no lift, so keep this in mind if you have heavy luggage.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay, but there are only few things to be improved.

Overall experience was very good but, with heavy luggages, the stairs is a killer.
Pros:

Staff, Stefany was very friendly and helpful. Location is good. Room is clean.

Cons:

There’s no private bathroom/ washroom. Room is very small. Price is high.

Pros:

The location is great, the staff is very helpful. Overall the rooms are ok. The price was expensive. The plug outlets are not sufficient, only 1 plug is available and it is not convenient to charge multiple devices.

Cons:

2 shared bathrooms per floor only. The showering place is pretty narrow.
