Brilliant staff
Zeer comfortabel en schoon, geen geluidsoverlast, ook niet aan de straatkant, zeer vriendelijk en behulpzame personeel, Sarkan, Sisu, Ali en iedereen. Zeer goede locatie voor het bezoeken van de belangrijkste antiquiteiten zoals Aya Sofia, Topkapi, Sultan Ahmet, Bazaar, enzovoort (twee keer 5 minuten lopen en 4 haltes met de tram). Vlak bij de Bosphorus, veel horeca en leuke restaurants in de buurt.
Отель превзошел ожидания! Ставлю твердую десятку. Встреча на высшем уровне, чувствуешь себя желанным гостем с порога. Персонал невероятно внимательный. Отдельное спасибо за безупречную чистоту: в номере буквально стерильно, всё блестит. Завтраки - отдельный вид искусства: вкусно,красиво. Прекрасная локация, потрясающая атмосфера! Очень уютно, будто в гостях у хороших друзей. Обязательно вернусь.

Fantastic location and my room has a bit of the harbour view. The guy at the reception was so kind that he offered me a bottle of water for free even though I hadn’t checked in yet ( I arrived early morning). The bed was extremely comfortable. Fruits and nuts were prepared as a welcome gift.

Location superb for transport to all major sights. Also close to old and new Galata ports as well as excellent restaurants. Wonderful, helpful staff who helped us with bus tickets and general information. Near new hotel so very comfortable and double glazing makes it extremely quiet.
The hotel is super nice and clean, and super well located. Every-time we go to Istanbul, we are staying in that area. The staff is super ok and next time will stay again here.

Расположение очень удобное, персонал вежливый, заселили чуть раньше, за что огромное спасибо. В номере есть отпариватель, что было очень кстати)) душ с сильным напором воды, в отелях частая проблема, что напор слабый-здесь этой проблемы не было! Очень уютный отель, лобби красивое, на этаж могут попасть только жильцы с этажа по карточке в лифте, безопасность очень высокая. Матрас высокий и удобный, подушек много. Рядом классные улица с ресторанами с адекватным ценником, по вечерам приятно гулять рядом. В общем, я бы в следующий раз осталась бы здесь же! Кстати, залог берут не только картой, еще и наличными можно! (Нам этот момент был удобнее)
