Very comfortable stay in a great location.
Pros:

Location was fabulous. Close to public transport and eating places. Very comfortable room. Breakfast very good.

Cons:

The only fault was house keeping. Room was not serviced to the standard I would expect at Marriott. Used items were not replaced. Small things like tissues , coffee , used teaspoons left in coffee making area. An easy fix for housekeeping. We stayed for a week and items were not replaced as they were used.

The perfect hotel .
Pros:

What we loved most about the hotel was its location. It was close to all the areas we enjoy visiting, so we barely needed to use transportation, especially with Galataport, Galata Tower, and Karaköy all nearby. The area is lively, with the sea close by and a great variety of restaurants.

We were also glad that we chose a larger room. Although it was slightly more expensive, it was much more comfortable for us. The hotel was clean, and all the staff were friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

We also really appreciated the lovely surprise they prepared for my friend’s birthday — they surprised her with a cake in the room, which made the stay even more special.

A big thank you to every member of the team for making our stay so enjoyable.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is paying a little more attention to bathroom maintenance, as the water did not drain properly and tended to collect in the shower area.

Overall, I have nothing negative to say about the hotel, and I would definitely stay here again.

Great location for a good stay
Pros:

The location is very nice, very near (5mins walk) to Karakoy tram station and pier. Facility is clean. Rooftop restaurant for breakfast is amazing.

Cons:

The room is relatively small. Breakfast selection can be more enriched.

Хотел бы поделиться разочаровывающим опытом проживания в отеле Delta by Mariott Istanbul.

1. Номера. Имейте в виду, что, выбирая стандартный номер, вы можете получить крошечную полуподвальную комнату на первом этаже, лишенную дневного света, где небольшое окно выходит прямо на стену соседнего здания.

2. Сервис. В отличие от других отелей сети Mariott, персонал здесь совершенно некомпетентен. При входе никто не здоровается. Менеджер на ресепшене даже не поднимет головы из-под стола. На любую просьбу один ответ: «Ничем не можем вам помочь».
Попросили принести утюг в номер - сейчас свободных нет, ничем не можем вам помочь.
Попросили раннее выселение - свяжитесь с букингом самостоятельно, ничем не можем вам помочь.
Попросили сделать с ресепшена звонок по нашему бронированию - звоните сами, ничем не можем вам помочь.

3. Завтраки. Выбор очень скудный. Впервые столкнулись с тем, что на завтраке буквально нечего поесть. На шведском столе заветренная колбаса, вялый салат, черствые булки. Все, что брали, было невкусно. Что-то более-менее съедобное быстро разбирают, и запас не пополняется.
Грязную посуду не убирают, на некоторых накрытых столах вместо чистых приборов почему-то лежат использованные. Обо всем нужно просить.
И вишенка на торте - 3 из 5 дней на завтраке не работала кофемашина. Объясняли тем, что закончились зерна. Видимо, для отеля это какая-то неразрешимая задача. Хорошо, что неподалеку есть Starbucks.

Не рекомендую.

Excellent location, modern and new hotel, nice view from the restaurant, very good stuff in reception and in the restaurant. I liked the design of the rooms. Everything is as shown in the photo

Cons:

A monotonous breakfast, not much to choose from. But in general it was good.
Room cleaning vas so strange: the presence of some things in the bathroom is always a lottery, one day they didn't take the trash out of the bathroom. There were two bathrobes in the room, but one of them was taken during the first cleaning.

Cons:

Во второй день проживания , когда мы пришли в номер в 17-55 номер так и не был убран, хотя табличка про уборку висела целый день и в соседнем номере убирались.мы зашли на 5 мин., при этом горничная ушла и даже не постучала. В 18-00 мы вышли из номера и пошли на ресепшен . Там так удивились , мол, наверное , у вас табличка не беспокоить висела целый день! После этого как пришли обратно в номер - отсутствовал гель для душа- вопрос чем мыться ?
