Great value to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The location was perfect. Easy access from Narita AirPort. The room was clean and spacious for 2 adults. Staff were very nice. Washer/dryer machine in the unit was very helpful (dryer is weak, so we hang some clothes. It was not big deal). We were staying on 6th floor, and the room was quiet (we hardly heard any train noise).

Удобный отель для неспешного осмотра достопримечательностей Токио
Pros:

Хорошо обустроенный номер, мини-кухня, стиральная машина, балкон, большой холодильник. Площадь номера позволяет нормально разместиться с большими чемоданами.
Отличный wi-fi.
Есть возможность оставить багаж не только в день выезда, но и при отъезде и возвращении через пару ночей.
Замена полотенец по запросу. Уборка при проживании более 3 ночей подряд, нужно предупредить ресепшн.
Окна выходят на железную дорогу, но это не мешает спать , поскольку поезда ночью не ходят.
До станции Nippori (экспресс в Нарита) - 500 метров.
Лучший вид - с верхних этажей.

Pros:

Cet hôtel propose des appartements, ce qui un gros plus, surtout si on séjourne plusieurs jours. Le lit était grand, plein de rangement, de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine ainsi qu'un grand frigo. Il y a une machine à laver dans la salle de bain. Le personnel était super gentil. Je recommande vivement !!!

公寓式Hotel,没有飯店式服務,但服務態度佳,地點超優,距日暮里及西日暮里JR站皆方便,雖距鐡道近,但沒什雜音影響,對於往返成田機場方便.距谷中銀座老街也近,周遭餐飲及早餐選項也多

Great toilet, comfortable bed
Pros:

The bath tub was reasonably size, best among our stay in Japan; the room size was relatively smaller, no kitchenette or dining space. Bed was comfortable. Due to location near to train station, can hear some train sound, but not too noisy, still able to sleep. The staff was nice to offer umbrella as it was raining. Had provided luggage storage services and helped to move our luggage to room as we arrived early. Toiletries like tooth brush and tooth paste were provided also.

Cons:

The room space was relatively small, not much space to open our luggage. Don't remember having any kitchenette, but there's a kettle for boiling water. Also not much space for dining, only a small table with a stool and a small chair.

櫃檯人員非常友善

一層樓兩間滿安靜的，也有很好使用的吹風機、電磁爐、微波爐、冰箱，浴缸很乾淨，第一晚就享受了泡澡；
附近有超市和7-eleven，方便買些零食和食材；
交通很方便，成田機場可直達日暮里駅、更近一點的是西日暮里駅；
在這裡有愉快的體驗，期待下次再訪～

下次來東京依然會選擇
Pros:

1.飯店人員友善親切，樂於助人。
2.交通位置優異，步行2分鐘到西日暮里，5分鐘到日暮里。
3.性價比優越。
4.房間乾淨舒適，應有盡有。
5.床意外還不錯，好感動。（當然不能跟星級連鎖飯店比，但這種家庭式類型的飯店，之前有住過放有已經失去彈性的彈簧床卻未維修，這裡的床很完好）

駅から近い、駅近だし、ミニスーパーも近くにあった。洗濯乾燥機があった。連泊でタオル交換をしてもらえた。ゴミ捨てしてもらえた。使い捨てスリッパもあった。チェックアウト後も荷物を置いてくれた。受付がいた。

Cons:

風呂に椅子と洗面器があればよかった。家族が鍵を持って先に入るとどうやって入るのか分からなかった。
