Best stay in Tokyo
Pros:

Great location, close to yamanote line station of nishi-nippori. Many facilities in the neighbourhood and in the hotel itself. All was nice and clean

Pros:

駅近で近隣に飲食店も多く便利
冷蔵庫、洗濯機も有り、連泊するには良いかも。

枕、クッションに前泊者の臭いが染み付いており　不快感で夜中に目覚めてから眠れなくなった！

Pros:

Posizione ottima in zona interessante e poco turistica. L' hotel è vicinissimo alle metro con le quali in poco tempo si può raggiungere la maggior parte delle attrattive di Tokyo. L' hotel è piccolo ma molto carino, pulito e curato. La camera è abbastanza piccola (è normale per Tokyo) ma molto curata e confortevole. Ottimo rapporto qualità/ prezzo. Consigliato!

Otel temiz güzel metroya yakın çalışanlar ilgili lobide şemsiye alabileceğiniz bir yer var.

Otel metro ya yakın ama shibuya shinkansen gibi yerlere uzak birinci sorun bu zaman kaybı oluyor. İkincisi her gün su verilmediği sadece ilk gün verildiği söylendi her gün su satın aldık halbuki her gün için ödeme yaptık neden ilk girişte su veriliyor diğer günler verilmiyor? Üçüncüsü yatak ve kanepe dışında odada bi şey koyacak yer kalmıyor.

Great for long or end of trip stays.
Pros:

My room was like a mini apartment with lots of space, big bathroom and bonus washing machine/dryer.
Close to NishiNippori and Nippori stations and an easy bus ride to Asakusa.
Very handy for coming in on the Skyliner

Pros:

숙소는 오래된 일본식 아파트 느낌에 시설이었습니다. 그래도 한층에 객실이 2개씩 밖에 없어서 엘리베이터가 분비거나 느리게 작동하는 경우는 없었습니다. 그래도 일본 숙소치고 방도 넓고 캐리어 2개 피고 생활했는데 불편함 없을 정도입니다. 시설이 노후된 거 빼면 가성비있고 무엇보다 사장님이 너무너무 친절해서 기분 좋게 여행을 마무리할 수 있었습니다. 주변에도 먹을 곳도 많고 지하철이랑 가깝고 스카이라인으로 바로 공항으로 갈 수 있는 부분도 너무 만족스러웠습니다.

Cons:

노후 된 시설이 아쉽습니다. 물내리면 변기 헤드쪽에서 물나오는 부분이 있는 진짜 옛날식 일본 아파트느낌입니다.

Muy buen hotel con una excelente relación calidad/precio ubicado entre las estaciones de Nippori y Nishinippori.
Ideal para coger la linea Yamanote y desplazarte por Tokio al igual que los traslados a Narita con el Skyliner.
En un apartahotel, con lavadora, nevera y una placa de cocina, que nos ha venido muy bien tras más de 20 días viajando por Japón.

Todo! Ubicación excelente, muy cerca de estación de tren/metro , muchísimos sitios para comer cerca y combinis a 1 minuto..y el hotel es como un apartamento, tiene de todo para hacer de tu estancia cómoda y fácil! 10/10.
