Pros:

El trato del personal, la ubicación tan cerca del metro y las instalaciones.

Cons:

Todo bien, lo único que teníamos el desayuno incluido de todos al reservar la habitación y el desayuno de los niños decian booking no se los habia incluido, solo los desayunos de los adultos, y en la reserva de la habitacion venían los desayunos de todos, así que mal por booking.

We enjoyed our X2 stays there but not the roof top retuarant and bar
Pros:

I was upset when we went for a drink at night in the roof top bar
The lady at the desk on entry said there was a 100. Yen charge to drink there.
We got our drinks a little expensive I might add at a 10000 yen was added food each of us on-top of our expensive drink
That wasn't good
Well never go back there to have food or drinks

Cons:

We liked the location to taxis trains and shops and restaurants

位置極佳 樓下超市開到0:00 房間不會聽到電車的聲音

Cons:

房門隔音比較弱 外面講話會聽得見
另外有些地方清掃過後有些灰塵 但不是特別影像居住品質的地方

Polite and helpful front office staff overall polite staff relaxing and comfortable room but no house phone to request ironing board

Cons:

Breakfast was limited in terms of egg options no live station limited cheese options lack of salmon and mackerel coffee cups are too small and no black coffee in a container option like in other countries also I wish staff introduce themselves by name. This hotel has the worst gym ever lack of dumbbells lack of workout benches. Poor restaurant service at night

Heerlijk, nieuw hotel.
Pros:

Een prachtig, gloednieuw hotel op een ideale locatie. Zodra je in de lobby binnenkomt, ruikt het al heerlijk. De kamer was ruim, zeker vergeleken met andere hotels. Je kan er makkelijk twee koffers openen. De kamer wordt iedere dag netjes verzorgd. Het personeel is zeer vriendelijk als je ze iets vraagt en wil graag meedenken. Handig dat het boven het Oimachi tracks centrum ligt, waardoor je altijd nog even iets kan halen en waar ook veel keuze is voor eten. Metro is niet de belangrijkste lijn, maar met 1 stop en makkelijke overstap ben je er, dit werkte voor ons heel goed. Wij zijn volgende week weer in Tokio en komen dan zeker terug in dit hotel.

Cons:

Niks! Maar, om dit hotel echt nog naar een hoger niveau te tillen, zou meer contact tussen medewerkers en gasten nodig zijn. Het is nu geweldig, maar nog niet persoonlijk en er wordt heel weinig Engels gesproken. Daardoor overtreft de service nog niet alle verwachtingen.

清潔でした。寝具とパジャマの質がとても良かったです。WiFiの品質も快適。朝食もおいしい。
