Stunning night view. One stop away from Shinagawa accessible to everywhere. New boutique hotel.
Pros:

Very soothing wood based aroma.
Rooftop bar is breathtaking.
Staff are very friendly and helpful.
Breakfast is amazing with 3 main dish choices: English breakfast, Japanese and Mexican.

Cons:

I was struggling to find the entrance which is on 5F.
And don’t get off the main metro exit, it’s far and inconvenient with suitcases. You have to go through the Track Exit which is at a corner in the station.

如價錢合理，下次一定會再住
Pros:

酒店就系JR站出口可直達。酒店樓下有好多野食同有野行。仲有間開到2400既超市，藥房
房間比預期大，可以開到兩個大喼。兩張單人床拍埋一齊就真系好大。
車站對面出口有幾個商場，仲好多食肆。
極推薦

Cons:

我住8日，由於我不是每天執房，所以會問前台拎兩支水，但酒店員工會用好質疑既態度問我系咪冇執房先至肯拎俾我。
之前住其他酒店，如果冇執房門口都會掛返一袋毛巾同兩支水系門口。如果酒店可以有咁既服務會再加分。

Well-connected hotel; perfect base for exploring Tokyo
Pros:

Conveniently located near Haneda Airport and right on top of Ōimachi Station for easy travel into Tokyo. The hotel was very clean, and the rooms were comfortable and spacious compared to typical Japanese hotel rooms. I was able to forward my luggage to this hotel, and it was received without issue. I also appreciated that they had mini suitcase trolleys to transport them to your room!

Cons:

The welcome drink wasn't available with a late check-in.

Very near the train station. Literally just below the hotel

Cons:

Since it’s new, uber drivers and hotel transfer services are having a hard time looking for the the hotel drop off point. Management should update the google maps so it’s easily found by drivers.
