交通至便の大井町駅に隣接の新しいホテル
です。ウエルカムドリンクは嬉しいサービスでした。スタッフの方も明るく丁寧で気持ちよく過ごすことができました。部屋はあいにくトラックビューではなかったので、部屋から電車は見えませんでしたが、レストランやホテル入り口脇や大井町トラックスの施設からばっちり見えます。

La ubicación es muy buena, si tienes el JR Pass muchos de ellos pasan por Shinagawa que es justo la estación siguiente al norte, pero en general está muy bien comunicado. Al tener un centro comercial debajo había muchisimas opciones para comer y cenar, en general sin tener que reservar ni hacer colas, al menos entre semana. Lo cuál es muy cómodo para no tener que andar siempre agobiado con donde comer, cenar y las colas que suele haber siempre en Japón...

Cons:

El personal no habla muy bien inglés, llamé por la noche ya que no encontraba donde apagar la luz del tocador de la entrada y no pude comunicarme con la persona en este caso...

Tolles Hotel mit einer wunderschönen Skybar
Pros:

Tolle Lage, direkt über dem Bahnhof und sehr schönes Hotel

Cons:

Bei einem Erdbeben gab es keine Durchsage. Da es relativ stark war, waren wir etwas verunsichert. Für die Japaner vermutlich kein Grund zur Aufregung. Aber ich hätte es mir gewünscht.

Excellent stay
Pros:

Amazing stay! Super comfy beds and perfect location. Staff was excellent.
You can borrow plug converter (didn't even need to buy one the whole trip) or an iron from reception.
Make sure to use the luggage service between hotels, if you're travelling across Japan. Front desk manages all the details for you and you can travel Shinkansens luggage free - loved it. (Send it a day before you switch locations and it wait for you when you check in)

Great- stay here
Pros:

Brand new, exceptionally clean, decent sized rooms perfect for 3, a bit tight for 4 - the train view room is amazing but so are the others (we had 2 rooms), free welcome mocktails all you want in the evening. Restrain site (albeit a tad pricey- we did not try it as there were soooo many options available nearby); location is a bit away from popular areas, but I loved it as it was more local and yet right on the train station so easy access. There is a brand new attached outdoor shopping complex- please check it out as a destination itself- so many unique food options, bakeries even a movie theatre if you prefer; not so much clothing but still lots to check out. Staff so helpful and kind and always eager to help. Google Translate helped when needed

No microwave or iron in the rooms. Esp Iron- I walked around with wrinkles in my clothes as most of the time I arrive back too late to bother. Mini fridge could be a tad colder

Perfect from the moment you check in to the moment you check out.
Pros:

Staff extremely patient, kind, and understanding. Location was perfectly located right above train station to multiple lines, made commuting extremely easy. Quiet neighborhood and peaceful area. Hotel room was decently sized, with all the amenities one could ask for.

I stayed at the hotel for two weeks on a business trip, and I would certainly return.
Pros:

Perfect base for exploring Tokyo. A brand-new complex with great restaurants, bars, a train station underneath the hotel, and a nice supermarket. The hotel itself is completely new, modern, and very pleasant.

Cons:

The breakfast is disappointing for a hotel of this standard. Easy to fix.
