Pros:

Amazing host, Robert. Super responsive and very very kind and accommodating to simple requests. Made sure that guests have the most comfortable stay as best as he could. Very clean room, with daily room cleaning time from 12:00 to 15:00 every day; the cleaning staff will proactively arrange a time to clean rooms during that period.

Cons:

If you leave the balcony door open, be mindful of mosquitoes and some ants.

Good location and clean, quiet inside the room, the cafe downstairs had a very good coffee, and I liked that the room had every necessary stuff like cutlery, dishes, microwave, fridge etc.

Great stay! Clean and quiet
Pros:

In district 1 but in a quiet section. Clean room with so many ammenities- first iron, washing machine and dryer I have had in a Vietnam room.

Cons:

I was a bit hesitant about this being a self contained unit- However was pleasantly surprised no down sides

they cancelled my booking on the day I was in Vietnam

I didn't stay there due they suddenly cancelled my booking on the day.

Cons:

I booked this place for 10 days since January, I even confirmed with them already via whatsapp and then on the day I was in Vietnam, I just received message my booking getting cancelled due they double booked with other person on the same days. Very disappointed.

Localização, limpeza e atendimento impecável! Apartamentos novos, bonitos, claros, arejados e funcionais.

Cons:

Apenas dois pontos de observação, mas que não prejudicam em nada a qualidade do local: 1- ralo do chuveiro com pouca vazão (entupia e alagava); 2- falta um blackout nas cortinas para reduzir ao claridade ao amanhecer.
