Convenient location for us, with a good breakfast. Let down by a few things that would be easy to address.

Cons:

On arrival… no signage to car park/ hotel. Staff indicated that we had no booking, but later found it. Room too hot 26degrees. Aircon control in room not working, this is controlled by reception but the room still didn’t cool down for several hours, so we were hot most of the night.

First and Last.

The price of the hotel was definitely NOT worth it. I recommend different hotel.

1- Asked staff members for plasters because my legs were bleeding, but the guy has taken one, cut it in half then gave me one small cutted piece. Giving plasters out should be legally & mandatory.

2- The hotel photos on booking showed coffee machines in the room. However, there was non and we had to come all the way down to get a drink.

3- No complimentary water which was quite odd as with this hotel level this is the basic thing to expect.

4- far from bus stop making it impossible to walk if the weather is a bit hot. We had to UBER for the entire trip, which was pricey (wish we add the UBER cost to accommodation budget and booked a better & closer hotel)


5- no near by restaurants, supermarkets, or even small shops. The closest is a gas station near the bus stop (20min walk approx in 37+ degrees)

6- first time in Spain, so wasn’t aware of the plugs situation. I asked if I can borrow an adapter for a few minutes to charge my phone, so I can go out and buy one myself. One member agreed, the second jumped to say no for literally no reason. Then, wasn’t given any.

Would NEVER recommend this hotel. Not worth the money at all.

Cons:

Distanza eccessiva dal centro di Alicante, in zona industriale (orrenda e isolata).
Colazione buona ma servita in stile mensa aziendale, tutta self-service, con le macchine automatiche e con i vassoi da riporre alla fine.

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt für einen kurzen Aufenthalt einigermaßen angenehm und komfortabel.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit

Cons:

Das Frühstück hatte leider nur eine begrenzte Auswahl. Zum Beispiel haben frisches Gemüse wie Tomaten oder Gurken gefehlt, was für mich zu einem guten Frühstück dazugehört. Außerdem könnte die Matratze bequemer und hochwertiger sein. Die Fenster ließen sich leider nicht richtig schließen
