Pros:

Nice people every thing was clean

Cons:

Only thing that I didn't like and it had nothing to do with the business or the people working was that the people beside us woke us up 3 times and was passed midnight but all was a great stay

Stayed here after watching a concert at the pavilion and it was perfect and just what we were looking for in our stay!
Pros:

Cleanliness, hospitality, and breakfast was superb.

Cons:

All hotels could use a heated pool and jacuzzi, but seems far and between now.

No esperaba que fuera tan bonito el hotel con habitaciones amplias y aisladas de ruidos!
Pros:

La ubicación es estupenda cerca de plaza San Agustín y Fashion Drive. Salida rápida hacia carretera. El personal amabilísimo y bien presentado. Habitación amplia, limpia y aislada de ruido.

Cons:

El agua de la regadera salía casi fría. Sin embargo, en el lavabo salía caliente. Detalle mínimo.

We had a handicap room. Shower had a step up tub about 1’. Would be nice if it was a 2” threshold into shower.
