Отличный отель , удобно расположен, ребята на ресепшене всегда готовы помочь , цена не дорогая , хороший завтрак , в номере все необходимое , при отъезде подарили шоколадку, очень приятно ☺️

Pros:

Расположение отличное! Девочки на стойке регистрации - ТОП - отзывчивые и внимательные. Любые пожелание и мелкие неурядицы решались быстро. Рядом магазин и несколько кафе/ресторанов. В пешей доступности до Панфиловского парка и улицы Арбат (15-20 минут).
Завтрак разнобразный и вкусный, не хватало только десертов.

Cons:

Иногда вай-фал не ловил. Или может быть проблема в провайдере интернета.

A reasonable place to spend the night in the Almaty. If the internet worked it would be a steal.

The hotel is nicely secluded inside a quiet courtyard in a very convenient neighborhood. The staff is pleasant enough and the room was clean and reasonably sized

Pros:

Отличное расположение. Отзывчивый персонал. Мы выезжали за город рано утром и так как для завтрака было раннее время нам дали с собой фрукты, печеньки и йогурт.

Hotel moderno y con buenas instalaciones.

Cons:

Sabes esos lugares muy impersonales que al final no te llegan? Pues eso. Ni la atención del personal es destacable. Muy lejos del centro( yo lo cogí porque tenía un tour al dia siguiente y era lo que me quedaba más cerca) y el WiFi, como en el 95% de todos los hoteles no va.
