Pros:

Все хорошо, номер чистый,уютный, также как дома. Хорошее расположение, завтрак простой но вкусный. Персонал вежливый и доброжелательный

Cons:

Если придираться то можно найти много минусов. Но для отдыха все отлично. Единственный можно сказать минус для нас это 2 розетки😁

The staff was very friendly. The hotel is very central, we walked a lot and could reach many places by foot. Good coffee machine at breakfast.

I guess there must be a big difference in quality between the different rooms. Otherwise I can't understand the high rating. We booked a suit with one bed and one futon in the first floor. The room had everything we needed, but it was quite dirty and furniture is old. I asked the staff if they could clean the bathroom again, because it was obvious dirty, the toilet with hairs and stuff. The towels were changed but the toilet stayed dirty as it was. The carpet in the room was dirty and stained. When trying to find a headphone we moved the futon and there was so much dirt underneath. So the room hasn't been properly cleaned in a long time. The bed was making a lot of noise.
For breakfast there were enough different choices but unfortunately some things didn't look very fresh. There was kiwi and oranges as fruit but some days the fruit was very dry and probably old.
I don't mind this level of comfort. But with four stars and a high rating I would have expected something different. And also I would expect that things should be cleaned properly especially after telling the staff.

The breakfast room is a bit dark and not a pleasant room to stay, no windows.. need some maintenance

Pros:

Estancia perfecta, gracias al personal de recepción
Pros:

Me gustó todo! Ubicación, limpieza, comodidad,… pero lo que más nos gustó fue el trato del personal de recepción. La chica que trabaja allí es una maravilla. Me ayudó q preparar una sorpresa para mi prima que cumplía años. Todo el tiempo preocupada por nosotras y haciendo que nuestra estancia fuera maravillosa. Muchísimas gracias

Highly recommended, and we would definitely stay here again when visiting Almaty.
Pros:

Everything was excellent. We arrived early due to our flight schedule, but since the hotel was fully booked, we were unable to check in early. However, they provided luggage storage, which allowed us to have breakfast and start our first day’s tour without any hassle.

The room was always clean, with complete toiletries that were regularly replenished. The lady at the reception was especially helpful, and the entire staff was very responsive to our requests. Whatever we needed, they always went the extra mile to assist us.

The location was also excellent—close to restaurants, cafés, and money exchange shops, making everything very convenient during our stay.

Cons:

There was no elevator, and our room was located on the third floor, but it wasn’t an issue for us since we only had small luggage.
