Cons:

The constant hum from the room's ventilation makes sleeping difficult. Even earplugs didn't help. It only switches off when the room key card is removed from its holder. Sleeping amidst such subtle noise isn't for everyone.

Cons:

-There is a coffee machine in the room, but the hotel charges extra once the water and coffee capsules are used up. This feels a bit disappointing for a hotel that presents itself as such a well-designed, premium place. Moreover, the prices for additional capsules and water are even higher than in some excellent cafés in the Old Town. In that case, it might make more sense to simply provide a paid coffee and water station at the reception.
-Also, during our 3-nights stay, we did not receive any room service.

Everything else was near perfect!

Must Stay Here When in Riga
Pros:

I stayed here twice. There isn't a better hotel for the price anywhere. I booked a studio and had plenty of room. Everything is new and clean, yet it is in an historic building and the very center of Riga. I couldn't hear any tourists or crowds on the street only to walk out and find activity outside. 10 out of 10, recommend.

New with large room with full kitchen facilities
The Aparthotel is in a great location very quiet area but close to old town with excellent restaurants nearby
The washing machines and dryers downstairs were perfect and not busy
Staff are very friendly and knowledgeable

Tulen varaamaan tämän hotellin seuraavallakin kerralla.
Pros:

Todella kiva ja rauhallinen, siisti hotelli. Huone oli sisäpihalle, joten myös öisin oli hiljaista. Täys varusteltu keittiö. Kaikki uutta.
Lähellä kaikki palvelut; kauppa, ravintolat ym.
Henkilökunta on ystävällisiä.

Cons:

Huoneessa oli vielä talvi lämpö toukokuussa 23 astetta. Mutta mieluummin lämmin, kuin kylmä.

Pros:

Super Lage mitten in der Altstadt aber dennoch ruhig gelegen. Es war im Zimmer nichts zu hören aus benachbarten Zimmern und somit war es sehr angenehm ruhig. Zimmer sehr gut ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht und Bett sehr bequem.

Cons:

Dauerhaft leises rauschen durch die Belüftungsanlage, das ich leider nicht ausschalten konnte.
Zu wenig Ablageflächen im Bad.
