Когда бронировал номер, понравился вид, новизна пансиона/отеля. Да, расположено высоко, что неудобно, если ты не на такси или без своей машины, но в целом очень красиво. Ремонт свежий, все новое. В этом плане никаких претензий.

Cons:

В первые два дня единственная претензия, пожалуй, касалась скудости выбора на завтраке, но при этом вкусно.
Моя оценка из потенциальных 9 звезд до 5 упала после инцидента. В ходе трипа сломал ногу и тут всплыли все недостатки отеля.
1. Отсутствие какой либо эмпатии со стороны персонала отеля. Для меня было дико, когда моей супруге пришлось 15 минут уговаривать Хакана, чтобы он помог заказать доставку еды (Местные кафе далеко внизу, магазинов поблизости нет).
В конце концов кое как согласился со своего телефона это сделать. Возможно, он был не обязан, но его поведение показало, что с обыкновенной человечностью в отеле беда.
2. За день до инцидента ситуация, попросили дать воду, в ответ: ну вообще у нас вода платная, но так как у вас сегодня предусмотрена уборка, зачту за нее. WTF? Вы для своих гостей предусмотрели лимит две 0.5 бутылки воды на 2 дня? Делаете деньги на базовой человеческой потребности? Хоть лимита на туалет не было и на этом спасибо.
3. Да, вид из окна красивый, но не дай Бог ты без машины и в сложной ситуации, ты понимаешь в какой же пятой точке лешего ты живешь.

Пысы. Да, возможно, во мне говорят эмоции, но разве мы не за эмоциями путешествуем? Самый прикол, вчера Хакан чуть ли не хамил и ломался, а когда выезжали уже сама любезность, которая просит оставить позитивный отклик об отеле.

Schönes Hotel, nettes Personal. Frühstückt nicht zu viel Auswahl, aber ausreichend!
Wir hatten ein Apartment ganz oben, es hat eine Kleine „Küche“, Waschmaschine, Whirlpool auf dem Balkon.

Cons:

Eintritt nur mit Code. Ein Chip oder Karte wird es erleichtern.

The property was in a nice quiet location with a view of the bay. The room was excellent and We had a lovely private pool. The breakfast was really good too.

Our stay was wonderful. We really liked everything — from the very first moments we felt the hosts’ attention and care for every detail. We were especially pleasantly surprised by the lovely welcome gift, which created a very warm atmosphere. The apartment was extremely clean, tidy, and thoughtfully arranged, with everything prepared for a comfortable stay. The staff were very attentive and helpful. We would definitely recommend this place and would gladly come back again.

Il nostro soggiorno di due notti è stato perfetto. Siamo arrivati dopo le 17, quando la reception è chiusa, ma le informazioni per entrare sono state veloci e precise. L'alloggio è molto bello, il nostro con terrazza vista mare veramente stupendo. La colazione ottima. In circa 15'/20' a piedi si raggiunge la zona turistica della città, una passeggiata piacevole. Il periodo non ci ha permesso di usufruire della piscina. Non avrei nessun dubbio a soggiornare ulteriormente in questa struttura.
