Clean and new , welcoming

Cons:

The shower water temperature changed suddenly and unexpectedly, which was inconvenient.
The air-conditioning system’s automatic mode was not working properly. I had to keep it manually set to 23°C with the fan on low to maintain a comfortable temperature.
Unfortunately, the maintenance team was unable to resolve both the air-conditioning auto issue and water keeping it at temperature I chose during my stay.
