Repeated mentions of 'super clean', 'muy limpio' and 'todo nuevo' across many reviews indicate a strongly positive cleanliness experience.
Service
1
Multiple guests praise the staff as 'muy amable', 'super-kind hosts' and 'atención 10/10'—service is consistently reported as attentive and friendly.
Location
1
Many reviews highlight excellent location and views ('vistas a la sierra', 'entrada del pueblo', 'muy bien ubicada'), quiet surroundings and good access for excursions.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as 'muy amplia', 'todo nuevo', with balconies, large TVs and comfortable beds — overall room quality is frequently praised.
Amenities
1
Several guests note missing or limited amenities: no breakfast/dinner offered, lack of kettle in rooms, requests for fridge/kettle, parking problems and occasional lukewarm shower water—these shortcomings negatively affect the stay.
Value for Money
1
Guests repeatedly mention 'buena relación calidad-precio' and characterize the property as good value given its new condition and location.
Food and Beverage
1
Explicit comments that there is 'No hay desayuno ni cena' and a desire for in-room tea/coffee or breakfast mean F&B is a clear weakness for many visitors.
Overall Experience
1
Overall sentiment is positive ('todo nos encantó', 'ideal para descansar', 'volveremos'); guests emphasize tranquility, cleanliness and helpful hosts despite some amenity/F&B gaps.
