Pros:

Un très bel Hôtel de qualité. Avec un personnel professionnel et à l'écoute des clients. Le petit déjeuner était correct le premier jour, pour devenir excellent et parfait au fil du séjour (6 nuits).

New hotel in the city center with terrible service
Pros:

The hotel is located in the city center. We had a room overlooking a quiet courtyard. The bed was large and the linens were clean and of good quality. Slippers were provided. The room also had a minibar and a coffee machine.

Cons:

The fabric headboard of bed was covered in dust and hadn't been cleaned. The shower had no door or glass, so the entire bathroom was soaked in water, including the toilet and toilet paper. There was no heated towel rail, so it was impossible to dry a towel or swimsuit in the wet bathroom. You can put a "do not disturb" sign at the entrance to your room. We stayed at the hotel for two nights, and the staff entered our room without knocking three times! Even after contacting reception, a maid entered our room without knocking. It's worth explaining to the staff what the "do not disturb" sign means and how to knock on the door before entering. Also, at reception that evening, I asked for an hour later checkout. They agreed to this, but in the morning I reminded reception again that we would be leaving the room an hour later. At exactly 12:00 PM, the checkout time, the receptionist called my room and asked if we were checking out! How can this be possible if I asked twice about late check-out? The staff can't handle their duties!
This is a new hotel, centrally located, and the service is terrible. I doubt I'd recommend it to my friends.
