Hotel layout and facilities
The check in policy I arrived at at the hotel at 13.45 where I said my room was ready and I could check in for an extra 20 euros after paying 360 euros for one night.I was not going to pay an extra 20 euros and I did not like this. a bit of common sense would have gone a long way I waited in the lobby with my family and half hour later they let me have the room I don't blame the staff as they under instruction the hotel should use a little more common sense.
Great location, close to the public transport, shops and restaurants. The staff is very welcoming and friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable, with everything you need.
I especially liked the fact that there was shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and BODY LOTION! They also had hairdryer and iron which was great for our one week stay.
The housekeeping times are very weird. We stayed for one week for work, so we were out of the room every day between 08:00 and 16:00 or later. The housekeeping was coming after 16:00 when we were back after the whole day just wanting to rest.
Once they entered our room when my husband was taking a shower, which was really awkward cause they ended up talking through the bathroom door.
Perhaps housekeeping system can be improved and some preferred hours chosen by guests upon arrival.
The room and property was fabulous. We really couldn’t fault it.

Der Rezeptionist hat sich beim check-in nicht zu unserer Kommunikation geäußert (frühes check-in mit zusätzlicher Zahlung von Euro 20 - wurde von uns akzeptiert) und, obwohl ein Zimmer verfügbar war, uns warten lassen.

Als er in die Mittagspause ging, hat eine Kollegin welche ihn ablöste, uns sofort eingecheckt.

La ubicación fabulosa, cerca del punto de encuentro de las excursiones. Todo era nuevo, inauguraron hace poco más de un mes, permiten mascotas.
La cocina bastante completa, limpiaban a diario, había mucha seguridad, no funcionaba el ascensor sin la llave de la habitación, el ginmasio aceptable.
Lo recomiendo 100%.

Fantastiska och trevliga personal, fresh hotel och väl utrustade rum.
Frukosten skulle kunna ha mer variation, det är lite fattigt i sortiment. Jag saknade variation av grönsaker, mejeriprodukter (ost och yoghurt) och bröd sorter samt kokt ägg.

Very comfortable beds, excellent showers, and spotless rooms. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. The breakfast offered a great variety of food, with plenty of options to choose from.
